《民航英语》学习领域课程标准一、学习领域定位本课程是高等职业学校航空服务专业的一门专门化方向课程，是从事民航乘务员岗位工作所要掌握的主干课程。本课程主要是使学生掌握空中服务中所涉及专业英语词汇和句式，能正确理解本专业英语，是空中乘务方向其他专业课程的语言拓展课程。二、学习目标通过本课程的学习，使学生能了解并掌握航空乘务员岗位所需的英语词汇，能熟练使用英语与旅客进行沟通，并读懂本专业岗位所需的基本英语资料和文件，达到民航乘务员岗位职业初级职业标准的相关要求；培养学生诚实、守信、善于沟通、富有爱心、责任感和合作的品质，并树立安全和服务意识，为提高学生对本专业的英语沟通能力、英语资料的分析能力奠定良好的基础。职业能力目标：（1）能读懂飞机型设备、服务设备、应急设备的相关英语说明、英语材料和文件（2）能用英语表达与航班有关的信息（3）能读懂并口述机供品、机上免税品的英文名称及其英文说明（4）能在各服务阶段熟练运用英语为旅客服务（5）能读懂所到国家及地区CIQ相关规定的英文资料，能指导旅客正确填写CIQ表格。

三、学习情境设计 1.设计思路本课程以“航空服务专业工作任务与职业能力分析”为依据设置。其总体设计思路是，以学生完成民航乘务员所需的工作任务和所应具备的职业能力为基础，打破以知识为主线的传统课程模式，转变为以能力为主线的课程模式。本课程是以民航乘务员岗位中与旅客沟通的工作任务为引领，以长期培养、反复操练为要求，以能基本运用空中服务各个环节所需英语的职业能力为设置依据。以航空服务各个环节所需的英语沟通能力为主线展开课程内容，让学生通过航班流程的情景模拟，服务过程的情景模拟，搜集有关航班和其他信息，形成对客舱设备、应急设备、机供品、航班信息、相关规定等方面的英语阅读和口头表达能力。课程内容的选取，紧紧围绕完成工作任务的需要，同时结合相应的职业资格标准认定的要求和高等职业学校学生的认知特点，以够用为原则，融合获取相关职业资格证书对知识、技能和态度的要求。每个项目的学习都以模拟航班流程为载体，设计相应教学活动，以工作任务为中心整合理论与实践，实现做学一体化。教学过程中，通过校内实训、模拟场景、资料搜集、演讲等多种途径，采取模拟客舱实训与课堂教学交替等形式，充分开发学习资源，给学生提供丰富的实践机会。表1：民航英语的学习情景
