地方民族院校少数民族大学生创业能力培养研究——

摘要:地方民族院校少数民族大学生创业能力培养对促进大学生就业,促进民族地区经济社会发展等具有重要的意义。目前,地方民族院校少数民族大学生创业能力培养在课程体系、师资队伍、学生创业素质等方面存在较多问题。为此,应在培养目标、课程设置、教学方法、师资队伍、校内外创业环境等方面进行完善,有效促进少数民族大学生创业能力培养水平的提高。

Abstract:The cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of minority students in local colleges for nationalities is of great significance to promote their employment and the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas.At present ,there exist many problems in the practice of cultivation ,including uncomplete curriculum system ,and weak teaching faculty and student entrepreneurial quality.Therefore ,to enhance these students ’entrepreneurial ability ,efforts should be made from the following aspects:training objectives ,curriculum offering ,teaching methods ,teaching staff ,and on-and-outside campus entrepreneurial environments.Key words:local college for nationalities ;ethnic minority college student ;cultivation of entrepreneurial ability 收稿日期:2018-01-18基金项目:国家民委高等教育教学改革研究项目“基于SYB 模式的地方民族院校少数民族大学生创业能力培养———以四川民族学院为例”(17105)
