摘要：坚持以人为本的科学发展观正在我国各行各业中全面实行，培养我国电子商务人才，搞好高校档案管理工作亦需坚持以人为本。首先是营造和谐的工作环境；其次是优化档案服务功能；最终的核心是提高档案管理人员的综合素质。
