抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体和抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体在甲状腺疾病中的诊断价值

摘要：目的通过测定不同甲状腺疾病中抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TpoAb）和抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TgAb）的含量，探讨TpoAb和TgAb在甲状腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法用日本东曹AIA1800化学发光仪器检测TpoAb和TgAb，并对446例不同甲状腺疾病患者的结果进行比较。结果桥本甲状腺炎的血清TpoAb和TgAb含量及阳性率明显高于其它甲状腺疾病，其次为Graves病和原发性甲减。结论血清TpoAb和TgAb在诊断多种甲状腺疾病中，起着重要作用，尤其可作为桥本甲状腺炎鉴别诊断的首选指标。

The Diagnostic Value of Serum TpoAb and TgAb Detection in Tthyroid Disease

Abstract：ObjectiveBy measuring the content of serum peroxidase antibody and thyroglobulin antibody in different thyroid diseases, to study on the diagnostic value ofTpoAb和TgAb in the diagnosis of thyroid disease.MethodsDetect serum TpoAb和TgAb levels with TOSOH AIA1800,and to compare the results of 466 cases of patients with different thyroid diseases.ResultsThe content and the positive rate of serum TpoAb和TgAb in Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients were significantly higher than that of other thyroid diseases.ConclusionThe serum levels of TpoAb and TgAb in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases, plays an important role, especially can be used as a primary index diagnosis of Hashimoto thyroiditis .

疫性甲状腺疾病的一种重要自身抗体，是慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的特异性诊断指标。TgAb 是主要的特异性甲状腺自身抗体，是甲状腺上皮细胞分泌的糖蛋白[1]。本研究通过446例甲状腺疾病患者的两抗体检测结果进行比较分析，以探讨TpoAb和TgAb的临床应用价值。
