针灸辅助康复疗法治疗急性中风的临床疗效

[摘要]目的：探讨针灸辅助康复疗法治疗急性中风的临床效果。方法：回顾性总结我院收治的急性中分康复期患者共计50例相关资料。结果：在疗效方面，观察组显效者18例，有效者6例，失败者1例，对照组显效者13例，有效者8例，失败者4例，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在Fugl-Meyer评分结果方面，观察组患者治疗后数据结果明显高于对照组数据结果[（12.8±3.7）分VS（9.5±4.0）分]（P<0.05）。结论：针灸辅助康复疗法治疗急性中风具有更优秀的临床效果。

The curative effect of acupuncture assisted rehabilitation therapy for acute stroke [Abstract]Objective: to discuss the clinical effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy for acute stroke. Methods: retrospective analysis of our hospital in patients with acute a total of 50 cases of relevant information. Results: in terms of efficacy, 18 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 1 cases of failure, 13 cases in the control group of 8 cases markedly effective, effective, 4 cases of failure, with statistically significant difference between the two groups of data (P<0.05); score results in Fugl-Meyer, the patients in observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the data results the control group [(12.8 ± 3.7 data) VS (9.5 ± 4)%] (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture assisted rehabilitation therapy has better clinical effect in acute stroke.

[Keywords]acupuncture, rehabilitation therapy, acute stroke, clinical curative effect 急性中风一般由急性脑血管类疾病引起，严重危害患者生命健康，多数患者经治疗后仍存在诸多潜在危险因素。近年来有较多文献报道[1-2]在急性中风患者康复训练过程中配合中医针灸辅助治疗具有满意的临床作用效果，而且随着针灸技术的发展及其与现代康复医学理论的结合，针灸辅助康复疗法对急性中风患者的疗效得到越来越多的肯定[3]，为此，笔者回顾性总结我院收治的50例相关资料，旨在探讨针灸辅助康复疗法治疗急性中风的临床疗效，现报道如下：
