执行标准：API Spec. 5CT ，双方确认的质量计划书（QCP ），以及购方的书面要求，特殊扣按工厂公布的标准执行；

Standards ：API Spec. 5CT, Quality Control Plan (QCP) agreed by both parties and purchaser's written requstions. Premium connections are based on mill's standards issued.检验：API Spec. 5CT, 双方确认的检验计划书（ITP ），特殊扣按工厂公布的标准执行；

Inspection ：API Spec. 5CT, Inspection & Test Plan(ITP) agreed by both parties, premium connections are inspected upon mill's standards issued.

质量保证：由制管厂、车丝厂分别提供相应的工厂质量保证书，按照API Spec. 5CT 执行。

Quality Certificate ：Pipe manufacturer and threader should supply their related Mill's Certificate acc. to API Spec. 5CT.

付款方式：制造商收到总价30%TT 作为预付款后，合同生效，余款付清发货。

Mode of payment: Purchase Order is effective when manufacturer revieve 30% TT of total price as advance payment. The balance of payment will be covered before delivery.Total Price:December 14, 2017
