眼底激光治疗对预防ＬＡＳＩＫ术后发生视网膜脱离的临床评价

【摘要】目的评价眼底激光治疗视网膜病变在预防LASIK术后视网膜脱离的作用。方法对LASIK手术前发现周边视网膜病变的66例78眼行眼底激光治疗，观察15~30 d后行LASIK手术，术后随访1个月、3个月、1年和最终随访。结果眼底激光治疗后视网膜病变情况稳定,1年内随访66例78眼均未发现有视网膜脱离，两年内随访发现4眼因新的视网膜裂孔出现发生孔源性视网膜脱离，原激光治疗视网膜病变部位稳定。结论 LASIK术前对存在视网膜病变的患者实施眼底激光治疗能有效预防视网膜脱离发生。

准分子激光手术是一种角膜屈光手术，在手术过程中需要将角膜吸附后进行角膜消融，其吸附作用对眼球产生65 mm Hg负压吸引，对手术前存在视网膜变性或已存在视网膜裂孔的患者有造成视网膜脱离的潜在风险。因此，LASIK手术前常规散瞳查眼底，对存在视网膜变性

和干性裂孔的患者进行预防性眼底激光治疗,对减少视网膜脱离的发生取得较满意的效果。
