欢迎进入金工车间，进入本车间前必须按照以下要求佩戴PPE，非本厂员工或被授权来访者不得进入本车间。

Welcome to CNC BU ,you need wear the PPE according to below requriement,non-TUCAI staff or unauthorized visitor must not entry this workshop.

作用function

使用方法use method 1，盘卷并固定头发，防止头发卷入高速运转设备造成严重工伤。

1,To roll and fix hair to prevent the hair was involved in the high speed machine and serious injury.

2，遮挡空气中可能飘落到头发上的灰尘。

2,To prevent the dust fall on hair and face.

女性需把长发全部盘起，固定好塞入帽中，保证长发不零散外露，男性不留长发，帽子需佩戴整齐。

Female must roll and fix the hair, and

put all of the long hair in the hat to

ensure the long hair will be not exposed, male can't have long hair,the hat must be weared orderly.

防止铜粉飞溅入眼镜。

Prevent the copper powder splash into eyes.正常佩戴wear normally.

阻止噪音进入人体，防止长时间在噪音环境造成听力衰退并造成神经性紧张和疲劳。

Prevent the noise to entry body and prevent the hearting recession and nervous tension and tired under the noise environment.

将耳塞塞入耳孔，尽可能密封，最大减少噪音入耳。Put the ear plug in the ear and as seal as possible, maximum to reduce the noise entry the ear.

1，防止某些锋利刀具或材料割伤。

1,Prevent some sharp knife or material to cut.2，防止某些刚刚机加工好发烫半成品烫手。

2,Prevent some hot semi product after machining to scald hand.

双手佩戴手套。

Wear the gloves on the both hands.

搬运重物时，防止重物砸落砸伤脚趾。

Prevent the weight fall off to injury the foots when transport the weight.

双脚佩戴安全鞋。

Wear the safety shoe on the both

foots.
