The second class test will be held in week 9 - the week commencing Monday 4 May 2009.
You must bring your student ID card to the test and you must attend the correct class in order to take the test (ie the lecture stream in which you have been officially allocated)
Students who miss the test because of serious illness or misadventure may be eligible to apply for special consideration and be granted a further test. In the Assessment folder you will find a link to the Faculty's website - please check this for information on the policy and procedures for applying for special consideration in relation to assessment tasks. Note - All applications for special consideration must be made to the Student Information Office in the Merewether Building within one week of the illness or misadventure.
The time allowed for the test is 1 hour plus 5 minutes reading time.
There is one (1) compulsory question on material covered in topics 3 and 4a ( formation of contract -
agreement/intention/consideration).
Students must answer the question in the answer booklet provided, using pen only.
This is a confidential test. Students may NOT remove the test paper from the examination room.
This is an open book test. Students may bring any written or printed materials into the examination room except for University of Sydney Library books. No electronic equipment may be used during the test (this includes mobile telephones, personal computers and electronic dictionaries).
The test is worth 20% of the marks
Note: After you have completed the test, class will resume as usual (lectures and discussion questions on factors affecting agreement)
