关于2012年学位外语考试报名工作的通知
为做好2012年成人本科毕业生申请学士学位外语全省统一考试报名工作，现将有关事宜通知如下：
一、考试时间
2012年4月8日（周日）上午9:00时-11:30 。
二、报名对象
在籍成人本科生及在读自考生。
三、外语考试语种和及格分数线
考试语种：英语、俄语、日语、德语、法语。
及格分数线：主观性试卷≥24分且总成绩≥60分为及格。
四、考试报名工作
报名采取先网上报名后现场确认的办法，具体考试报名的注意事项如下：
（一）院本部、省内各函授站、安徽函授站、山东函授站
和河北函授站学员
1、网上报名时间：2011年12月1日0时开始，截止时
间为2012年3月10日24时。
2、报名网址：http://210.46.97.166或登录黑龙江省学位
委员会办公室网站(https://www.360docs.net/doc/4417067153.html,/xwb/)网报链接。
按提示要求填写、提交报考信息。校本部学员在“班主任姓名”栏必须填写班主任姓名；函授站学员在备注栏
须填写就读学校校名。
3、网上报名时报名点编号：选择80201。确认无误后，打印资格审查表一式两份，贴近期同底片免冠一寸照片。由班主任（函授站）审核报考资格，班主任(函授站相关人员)在审核人签字处签名。一份交给班主任（函授站），另一份考生现场确认时使用。
4、现场确认时间：第一时段2012年1月5日至11日；第二时段2012年3月12日至14日。
5、现场确认地点：哈尔滨市南岗区中山路153号，黑龙江工程学院成人教育学院F338室。只完成网报，未在规定时间内到指定地点办理签字确认、缴费及照相等相关手续的，本次报考无效。现场确认时，考生须持本人有效身份证件（居民身份证、护照、军人和武警身份证）和一份班主任(函授站相关人员)签字的《成人本科毕业生申请学士学位外国语全省统一考试考生资格审查表》。
6、缴费：根据《教育厅、物价局、财政厅关于全省成人本科毕业生申请学士学位外语考试收费的通知》（黑教联[2001]70号）精神，收取每位考生报名考试费50元。校本部学员，班主任审核签字时交给班主任；函授站学员，现场确认时交给照相的老师。
7、各语种考试大纲请到黑龙江学位办公室网站下载，网址：https://www.360docs.net/doc/4417067153.html,/xwb/xsxw/。
8、准考证领取：考试前一周发准考证，院本部学员到班主任处领取，函授站学员到哈尔滨市南岗区中山路153号，黑龙江工程学院成人教育学院F338室领取。（二）内蒙古函授站学员

广东省成人学士学位英语考试大纲
广东省成人本科学士学位英语统一考试大纲 总则 为适应成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位外语统一考试的要求，根据国务院学位委员会《关于授予成人高等教育本科毕业生学士学位暂行规定》和国务院学位委员会、原国家教育委员会《关于整顿普通高等学校授予成人高等教育本科毕业生学士学位工作的通知》的有关规定，参照普通本科英语教学大纲的要求，并结合成人高等教育本科英语教学的实际情况，使考试更加规范，使广大考生能够熟悉英语考试的内容、题型、难度、及记分办法，特制定本大纲，并将于2008年开始执行。现将有关问题作如下说明： 成人英语教学的目的是培养学生具有较强的阅读能力，一定的英汉互译能力，和初步的听说能力，使他们能以英语为工具，获取专业所需要的信息，并为进一步提高英语水平打下较好的基础。为此，本考试主要考核学生运用语言的能力，重点是考核学生的阅读能力以及对语法结构和词语用法的熟练程度。 本考试是一种标准化考试。考试方式为笔试。考试范围主要参照全日制文理科、本科英语教学大纲所规定的1—3级除听说以外的大部分内容。在题型设计上，英汉互译部分和写作部分是主观性试题之外，其余试题均采用客观性的多项选择题形式。听说部分的测试正在规划之中，待时机成熟时实施。客观性试题有信度较高，覆盖面广的优点；而主观性试题有利于提高测试的效度，能更好的检测考生运用语言的能力。为此，本考试采用主观题、客观题混合型，以保证良好的信度和效度，以利于未来全国统考、考查或评估。 本考试成人学位考生按百分制计分，满分为100分。普通专业60分以上（含60分）为及格，特殊专业的合格线以省学位委员会当年的文件为准。考试成绩合格者发给“广东省成人本科申请学士学位外语考试合格证书”。成人二学位考生除作答以上100分题目外，还必须作答加试题，加试题满分为20分。二学位考生加试题必须达到12分以上（含12分），加试题成绩低于12分者，考试为不合格。 本考试每年举行1次，时间为8月，考试时间为2小时。
