国内英语口语研究现状及发展趋势_李英

I used to study in one long sitting the day before the exam, but I always did poorly on my exams. If I just sit and study for several hours at a time, I have trouble concentrating and easily get distracted. So for every hour of studying, I would probably waste half an hour with distraction. I also find that if I study a little bit every day, I remember things more easily. Instead of cramming a bunch of information into my head in one sitting, I can slowly review the material.
