Tianjin is also known as the diamond of the Bohai Gulf and the gateway to the capital of the People's Republic of China. It is one of the four municipalities, under direct administration of the central government. Tianjin is the largest open coastal city in North China, a national historical and cultural city. 一、应急问题处理技巧 与导游规范服务相比较,面试应急问题并不一定是导游每一次带团的过程中都会遇到的。有些问题,大多数导游在整个导游职业生涯中都不会遇到,如误机、漏接、交通事故等,虽然这种问题出现的几率较低,但是一旦出现就会产生非常严重的后果。所以,对于考生来说,切不可掉以轻心。 面试应急问题中发生的大多数情形,都需要导游提供常规服务之外的特殊服务。因此,对于导游的应变能为和服务能力有着极高的要求,也就是导游要能够尽快地对出现的问题做出反应,采取果断的措施,将可能产生的不良后果降低到最低限度。 同导游规范服务能力问题相比而言,面试应急问题更加开放,所以考生应当掌握一定的问题回答技巧和原则,只有这样,才能在面对陌生的问题时,做出准确、全面、思路清晰的回答。 需要强调的是,这些技巧并不是孤立的,而是需要综合运用的。这样,才能更加全面地分析问题,真正找到解决问题的方法。 1. 生命至上原则 在出现交通事故、食物中毒等危及游客生命安全的事故时,首先要采取的措施就是救助游客的生命。生命至上,是导游始终要恪守的重要原则。面对涉及游客生命、健康的问题,考生首先要做出的反应就是,生命至上,然后再采取其他的措施。 2. 多数利益优先原则 多数利益优先原则是指在个别人的利益与大多数人的利益产生冲突时,要以多数人的利益为基本出发点,优先考虑大多数人。如个别游客要求改变行程,而

大多数游客又不同意时,导游要站在大多数游客的立场上来处理问题。当个别游客遗失财务或者证件时,导游也要在保证大多数游客利益的同时,对个别游客提供必要的帮助。 3. 安全原则 安全指的是游客人、财、物的安全,这是导游茌处理突发情况时应当考虑的原则。比如,游客要求晚上外出参加娱乐活动。对于这一问题,导游应当首先考虑的是游客的人身和财产安全,晚上去的地方治安情况如何,游客人生地不熟,是否可能迷路等都是导游要考虑的,其次还要考虑如果游客回来得太晚了,影响了休息,是否会对第2天的行程造成影响。再者,当导游带游客在景点游览时,还要经常提醒游客注意人身和财产安全,注意游客的行为,如站的位置是否有安全隐患,游客的行进速度是否太慢,是否有走失的可能,游客的财务是否得到了妥善的保管等,从而避免不必要的安全事故出现。 4. 执行计划原则 很多面试应急问题的出现,都可能对原先的行程计划产生冲击,如个别客人在景点走失、客人要求去商店退货、有客人生病等。旅游活动涉及多个环节,环环相扣,一个环节发生变化,其他的环节也可能被迫改变,这样就会带来更大的损失。因此,导游应遵循的一个原则就是计划至上原则,即尽量不改变已经制订好的行程计划。根据这一原则,地陪需要自己或者旅行社安排其他人员继续带领旅游团按照计划进行游览,其他人员或地陪负责处理相关问题。 5. 尊重客人原则 当客人提出合理而可能的要求时,导游应当尽量予以满足。如果游客的要求根奉不合理,甚至很可笑时,导游也不应一口回绝,而应当耐心解释不可能满足

1、关于导游证: 导游证一般分为国导证,省导证,地方导游证,这几个证,从先往后先难后易。国导证最难考,不过国导考到手了在全国所有的地方都是通用的,所以还是建议考国导。 2、关于考导游证的资格: 只要是高中及同等诉中专或是职高毕业就能考.不过现在不同的地方好像有些不同的规定吧.要看你所在的地区. 3、关于导游考试的题目: 导游证的题目也是各个省自己出的,虽说是国导也要专业考所在省的部分知道. 现在大概都考三门:基础知道(这个是两本书的:全国的和所在省的)、导游业务、现场导游(这个会提前告诉一定量的景点,在现场抽题) 4、关于报名和费用: 如果真的要考,就要先要当地的旅游局下面的一个部门——旅游培训中心打听一下。各地的报名费用和考试时间都不一样。不过导游证报名费都不低,要到500上下吧。再去培训中心买书和大纲。 5、关于是否好考: 一句话,只要把3本书都背完了,还有所有的景点导游辞都背了就能过。不过也不是一件简单的事。你至少要保证你的记忆力不差还有你对历史地理这些东西不反感,这些是首要的。你要准备一个月的时间要天天看书,(个人情况不定)。如果你本来史地知识就很好那就太好了。你会轻松很多。 6、还有一点就是很多人的误会,因为我们常说考导游证,但是我们考到的并不是导游证,只是导游人员资格证,但必要有了这个证才能去通过旅行社向当地旅游局申请导游证。这是一个过程了,就是说你考试之后一定要跟一家旅行社签了合同才可能拿到导游证。 ■导游资格证考试报名条件、时间与要求■ ※报名条件与要求
