Listening to music

music can influence our emotions , thoughts and behavior to a great degree .It can make us sad or happy , relaxed or full of energy . As far as I am concerned , music can change our mood , our horizon in life , and even better our physical health , which is inevitably one of the most essential factors in our enjoyable life .

the text 2 listen to music tells us how to listen to music . In order to listen to music clearer ,we can break it up into three parts: (1) the sensuous level, (2) the expressive level, (3) the musical level. As is known to all , music has its strong power ,it can influence our emotions , thoughts and behavior to a great degree . but someone lose themselves or escape from reality by listening to music. Yes, the sound appeal of music is a potent and primitive force, maybe it likes a good medicine to our soul . on the sensuous level, it can change our mood , our horizon in life , and even better our physical health , which is inevitably one of the most essential factors in our enjoyable life .on the expressive level, music expresses each of these moods, and many others,but the meaning cant express clearly. on the musical level, music does exist in terms of the notes themselves and of their manipulation.

In a word , when we listen to music,we are supposed to listen carefully and actively. Just become a more conscious and aware listener ,you will understand the music.
