1 500 V三电平正激变换器

摘要为适应光伏并网系统中高压直流母线的需求,提出一种1 500 V三电平正激变换器。

各DC-DC变换器内部无需滤波器,输出串并联后集中滤波构建1 500 V直流母线架构。该架构可降低开关管的应力,解决组件不均衡影响,利于电能传输,提高整机效率,具有模块化特征。集中滤波减小了滤波器体积和重量,降低输出电压纹波,减少系统成本。直流模块输出电压叠加合成三电平电压,可减小滤波电感电流脉动量。串并型结构的引入,降低单元失效的影响,同时使系统更易扩展,通用性强。文中详细分析了变换器的工作原理,设计了一台原理样机,并通过实验验证了原理的准确性。

Abstract To meet the requirements on medium and high voltage DC collection of photovoltaic grid-connected system, this paper proposes a 1 500 V three-level forward converter. By filtering the outputs in series-parallel centrally, the modularized architecture of DC collection is established with no internal filter in each DC/DC converter. With this approach, the voltage stress of the switch is lowered, and the impact of unbalanced components can be solved, and the electric energy transmission and the efficiency of whole system can be improved. Meanwhile, centralized filtering is conducive to downsize the filter, diminish the ripple of output voltage and decline the cost of system. In the proposed converter, the three-level voltage is superimposed by output voltages from the DC modules, which contributes to decrease the inductance current pulsation. With the introduction of series-parallel structure, and the effect of the failure of system is reduced. Moreover, the structure efficiently make the system easily-expansible and strong-versatile. The operation principle of the proposed system is discussed in detail in this paper and a prototype has been established. The test results verify the correctness of the proposed ideas.
