超声波辅助提取石阡苔茶多糖工艺的优化

摘要:为了研究超声波辅助提取石阡苔茶[Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Ktze.]多糖的最佳提取工艺,采用单因素和正交试验进行研究,得到了提取石阡苔茶多糖的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数40%,超声功率100 W,浸提时间30 min,料液比1∶40 (g∶mL)。此条件下多糖的平均提取率为4.92%,RSD为0.42%。可见,超声波辅助提取法缩短了浸提时间,节约了材料,提高了石阡苔茶多糖的提取率。

Optimizing the Polysaccharide Extraction Process from Shiqian Moss Tea by Ultrasonic-assisted Method

Abstract:The optimal extraction process of polysaccharide from Shiqian Moss Tea[Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Ktze.] was studied with the ultrasonic-assisted method. The single factor and the orthogonal test were adopted. The results showed that its optimal conditions were 40% ethanol, 100 W ultrasonic power, 30 minutes ultrasonic digestion time and 1∶40(g∶mL) solid-liquid ratio. Under these conditions,the avarage extraction rate of the polysaccharide was 4.92% and that of RSD was 0.42%. The ultrasonic-assisted method can greatly shorten the extraction time, save the materials and enhance the extraction rate of Shiqian Moss Tea’s polysaccharides.
