投稿英文文章审稿的一些术语
EIC－Editor in Chief 主编, 对稿件有最终决定权。
ADM- (可能是)Administrator 协助主编日常工作的。相当于编辑部的执行编辑（Managing Editor），你会发现编辑部给你的信大都是他写给你的。他是编辑部里和你最接近的人，给你分配稿件号（Edit the manuscript ID number），修改各种投稿状态和日期（Edit the submission date）。

1、Submitted to Journal
当上传结束后，显示的状态是Submitted to Journal，这个状态是自然形成的无需处理。
2、With editor
如果在投稿的时候没有要求选择编辑，就先到主编那里，主编会分派给别的编辑。这当中会有另两个状态：
① Editor assigned编辑分派
② Editor Declined Invitation编辑拒绝邀请，这时主编不得不将投稿文章重新分派给其它编辑。
3、 Reviewer(s) invited
说明编辑已接手处理，正在邀请审稿人中。有时该过程会持续很长时间，如果其中原因是编辑一直没有找到合适的审稿人，这时投稿者可以向编辑推荐审稿人。
4、Under review
审稿人的意见已上传，说明审稿人已接受审稿，，正在审稿中，这应该是一个漫长的等待（期刊通常会限定审稿人审稿时间，一般为一个月左右）。当然前面各步骤也可能很慢的，要看编辑的处理情况。如果被邀请审稿人不想审，就会decline，编辑会重新邀请别的审稿人。
5、required review completed
审稿结束，等编辑处理，该过程短则几天，长则无期，科学堂有一篇文章出现required review completed状态已近一个月了，还是没有消息。
6、 Decision in Process
到了这一步就快要有结果了，编辑开始考虑是给修改还是直接拒，当然也有可能直接接受的，但可能性很小，呵呵。
7、 Minor revision/Major revision
小修/大修，这个时候可以稍微庆祝一下了，因为有修改就有可能。具体怎么改就不多说了，谦虚谨慎是不可少的（因为修改后一般会再发给审稿人看，所以一定要细心的回答每一个审稿人的每一个问题，态度要谦逊，要让审稿人觉得他提的每个问题都很有水准的，然后针对他的问题，一个一个的做出答复，能修改的就修改，不能修改的给出理由，而且都要列出来，文章的哪一段哪一行修改了最好都说出来，记住：给审稿人减少麻烦就是给你自己减少麻烦！
另注：有时，审稿人会在修改意见里隐讳里说出要你仔细阅读某几篇文献，这时可要注意了，其中某些文章可能就是评审者自己发表的，这时你最好在你的修改稿中加以引用），修改后被拒绝的例子也多不胜数的。
8、 Revision Submitted to Journal
修改后重新提交，等待编辑审理。
9、Accepted
如果不要再审，只是小修改，编辑看后会马上显示这个状态，但如果要再审也会有上面的部分状态。一步会比较快，但也有慢的。看杂志的。
10、Rejected
相信大家见了Rejected，都会很郁闷。但也不要太灰心，耐心将评审意见看完，一般评审者会给出有益的建议，相信看后你会有所收获。

英文论文审稿意见范文
This paper addresses an important and interesting problem -automatically identifying adult accounts on Sina Weibo. The authors propose two sets of behavior indicators for adult groups and accounts, and find that adult groups and accounts have different behavioral distributions with non-adult groups and accounts. Then a novel relation-based model, which considers the inter-relationships among groups, individual accounts and message sources, is applied to identify adult accounts. The experimental results show that compared with state-of-the-art methods, the proposed method can improve the performance of adult account identification on Sina Weibo. Overall, the article is well organized and its presentation is good. However, some minor issues still need to be improved: (1) The authors should summarize the main contributions of this paper in Section 1. (2) In Section 4.2, the authors mentioned that “A group will attain a value very close to on GACS if all its accounts have entirely copied their own texts, images or contact information”. However, according to Equation 8, contact information is not considered when computing GACS. (3) In Algorithm 1 on Pg. 17, it seems that “t=t+1” should be added after line 6. (4) I suggest that the limitation of this work should be discussed in Section 9. (5) There are a few typos and grammar errors in this paper.

强推：十部适合英语学习的美剧 学习英语的材料的问题是太多了而不是相反，more is less. 个人觉得美剧在作为学习的效用上超过了欧美电影，因为其持续的时间长，可以对一个范围主题内的英语内容进行长时间的反复学习，需要一直重复某些内容。有利于英语输出能力的培养，例如写作和口语。另外由于趣味性，和生活化的内容，学习的适应性也大于各大欧美媒体的有声新闻。 和美剧有相类似作用的是欧美的课程，当然如果你喜爱的话。因为两者的内容很大部分是不重叠的，课程的学习更有利于英文某个领域内内容的熟悉，而且也更加的学术化，可以互为补充。当然你能找到活的洋人除外，再写就跑题了。一家之言：开宗明义，个人认为最好的材料是老友记Friends 和绝望主妇Desperate Housewives，只是从英语学习的角度来说，个人其实并不是最喜爱这两部剧集，尤其是后者越来越乏味了。 可能有的人认为这两部比较容易，但是对于口语来说却不是这样。这两部戏的口音比较纯正，考试就到考试大发音清晰，而且语速适中，比较适合模仿，而且内容和词汇量都很适中，没有太大的难度，正是口语学习模仿的好材料。就是听力来说也可以应付一般的日常的听力了，对付较难或者不熟悉的内容也可以很快的适应。 对于以下十部美剧/电视剧的评价： Desperate housewives 时而压抑、时而诙谐、人物性格刻划得鲜明，只是觉得剧情不是那么贴近生活，不过里面的句子还有哲理性，几个主演的英语也是非常标准，是一部学习英语值得推崇的super soup。 丑女贝蒂(Ugly Betty) 也不错，里面能学到很多商务类的英语词汇，而且对个人的性格修为有所帮助，我很喜爱Daniel的处世风格。 Sex and the city 欲望都市是很有内涵的片子，不是一般肥皂剧比得了的。从女性的视角叙述女人的性与情感，中国男人看了估计会受不了。 Friends 老友记是一部很好的帮助我们学习英语口语及常用短语、日常用品的单词的连续剧，就我个人而言，我会在第一遍不看字幕过一遍，第二遍借助字幕理解第一遍不清楚的地方，第三便把印象深的短语句子写下来，反复读记，第四遍在过一遍。比如我就会想起：snow-in-a-can 雪花罐 working on commission 赚佣金look no further！不要再找了 take you forever to find .。。(要花费很长时间找到某件物品) 是一部很好的帮助我们学习英语来源：考试大口语及常用短语、日常用品的单词的连续剧，就我个人而言，我会在第一遍不看字幕过一遍，第二遍借助字幕理解第一遍不清楚的地方，第三便把印象深的短语句子写下来，反复读记，第四遍在过一遍。比如我就会想起：snow-in-a-can 雪花罐 working on commission 赚佣金look no further！不要再找了 take you forever to find .。。(要花费很长时间找到某件物品) Boston Legal 有趣的电视剧，可以熟悉法律方面的词汇内容，但是还是有好多涉及专业方面的词听不懂，发音清楚，有些人讲话略快。法庭辩论精彩。
