直肠癌T分期应用3.0T高场磁共振的评估价值分析

[Abstract] Objective The value of 3.0T high magnetic field in the diagnosis of rectal cancer and TNM staging evaluation is discussed. Methods 96 cases of rectal cancer patients who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group with 48 cases in each group. 1.5T magnetic resonance inspection was used for the patients in control group and 3.0T high magnetic field resonance was used for the observation. the contrastive analysis was made on the results and pathology results. Results The total diagnosis accuracy of control group is 81.3%. T1 staging accuracy is 40.0%， T2 staging accuracy is 50.0%， T3 staging accuracy is 90.6%， and T4 staging accuracy is 100%. The total diagnosis accuracy of observation group is 91.7%. T1 staging accuracy is 66.7%， T2 staging accuracy is 85.7%， T3 staging accuracy is 97.0%. 直肠癌是近年来我国发病率上升较快的一类恶性肿瘤，其早期诊断及TNM分期是决定患者治疗及预后的关键因素[1]。随着MRI技术的发展，尤其是高场磁共振因其自身的技术特点被逐步应用于直肠癌的临床辅助检查[2]。为了探讨磁共振对直肠癌早期诊断的价值，笔者以2013年1月—2014年12月间来该院就诊的96例直肠癌患者作为研究对象，分别采用1.5T和3.0T高场磁共振检查，报道如下。
