四．Quality Assurance

1. The Contractor shall design, execute and inspect the Works in accordance with the Contract, and enclosed with sample and narrative memoranda of choosing colors and variation items.

2. All the design of this project shall coincide the standard of fire-fighting standard.

3. Any incident attributed to engineering quality problem by material and construction.( non-party liability caused by Part A) should be taken by Party B. Party B should instruct Party A the application of related equipment.

4. Party B should take charge of allocating fire protection equipment, according to the requirement of the Expo organizer.

5. Acceptance and standard:

(1) Acceptance: Party A and Party B should designate personnel to do the acceptance test together with signature confirmation, after to completion of the exhibition booth construction.

(2) Acceptance Standard: Acceptance should be in accordance with engineering design, construction items, means in their fabrication on the quotation and this contract provision.

6. Party A should pay Party B for any extension or cancel the corresponding fee for the work done.

7. Party B should take charge of dismantlement work, Party A will not pay any expenses.

8. Party B should coordinate with venues Party the affairs such as entrance, decoration ect, under the permission of Party A.

9. If any paper needed, Party B should be carried out by giving 1 day’s notice.

10. Actual process is too slow to complete within the Time for Completion, Party B should pay the additional costs.

11. Party A should pay all fees required to be paid by him under the Contract, without paying any additional fees, except adding other electric equipment.

12. If any delay happens to Party A’s publicity, caused by A V equipment’s improper operation, Party B is responsible for the relevant compensation. (Party A will provide CD of rented plasma, Party B should guarantee the normal connection with computer provided by Party A, and play it on show)

四：质量要求

1、依照本工程设计、施工要求及有关验收规定办理，具体装饰色彩和变更项目附样本和文字说明。

2、要符合防火规范。

3、由于材料和施工造成工程质量问题引发的所有事故(非甲方人为损坏或操作不当) ，一切责任由乙方承担。乙方有责任教授甲方相关器材的使用方法。

4、根据展览会组织者的要求，由乙方负责配备安全消防器材。

5、本合同工程的验收方式和标准为：

（1）验收方式：展台工程布展完毕即由甲、乙委派各自人员共同对工程进行验收，并对验收结果签字确认。

（2）验收标准：依据工程设计图效果、施工项目、报价单上所示材质制作工艺和本条的约定进行验收

6、如果展览延期或取消，甲方应该按乙方已经完成的工作支付相应的报酬。

7、乙方负责撤展,甲方不再支付撤展的任何费用。

8、乙方负责在甲方同意的情况下，与场馆直接协调入场、布展等各项事宜。

如果造成展馆场地、设施损坏等，责任需要由乙方承担。

9、需要甲方提供相应文件，乙方需要提前一天告知。

10、在规定搭建时间内，如果不能按质量完成搭建工作，则加班等额外费

用由乙方全部支付。

11、报价中所有展馆费用，在不增加用电设备情况下，甲方不承担额外费用。

12、所提供AV设备如果不能正常稳定工作，耽误甲方进行相应的宣传工作

由乙方负责承担相应赔偿责任。（租用的等离子甲方仅提供光盘，乙方保证现场播放，保证可与甲方提供的笔记本电脑正常连）
