石化企业仪表控制系统的应用

摘要：随着计算机技术迅速发展，仪表控制系统逐渐向数字化、网络化、模型化、智能化、微型化方向发展以满足石油化工企业技术水平提高的要求。现代市场对使用化工仪表控制系统的大量需求，刺激了仪表控制系统仪器的进步和发展。同时，这也对自动化仪表控制系统提出了新的目标和更高的要求，为石油化工仪表控制系统分的发展也注入了新鲜活力。本文首先分析了石化企业仪表自动化系统的应用现状，然后重点探讨了现场总线控制系统、在线分析仪系统、先进控制系统和集散型控制系统的应用要点，最后对石化企业仪表控制系统的应用做了展望。

Abstract: along with the rapid development of computer technology, instrument control system gradually to digital, networked, modeling and intelligent, miniaturization direction in order to meet the requirements of the petrochemical enterprise technology level. Modern market demand on the use of chemical instrumentation control system, stimulated the progress and development of instrument control system instrument. The automation instrument control system at the same time, it also puts forward new goals and higher demands, chemical instrumentation and control system for oil development has injected new vitality. Instrument at first, this paper analyzes the petrochemical enterprise the present situation of the application of automation system, and then probes into the field bus control system, on-line analyzer system and advanced control system and application of distributed control system, finally the application of instrument control system for petrochemical enterprises were discussed.

一、石化企业仪表控制系统应用的现状分析

（一）FCS与DCS进入共存时代

DCS于20世纪七十年代产生，逐步发展至成熟。DCS成熟的技术和可靠的性能得到了广泛的推广和应用。FCS正在发展期，还未成熟，跟DCS相比，功能并不完善，同时也存在着其他的缺陷。

所以，在今后相当长一段时间内，会出现DCS与FCS共存的局面。不会因为FCS的产生和发展而消失、淘汰。
