1设备的组成

1. 1气体泄漏报警器

R600a (R290)为易燃易爆制冷剂,使用和操作必须按规程要求!同时为预防和尽可能的避免泄漏事故的发生,设备装备了气体泄漏报警器,型号为MSA9020系列,详细的操作请参阅《MSA 报警系统操作手册》 1.2风压报警器

为保证系统的安全性,本设备安装了风压传感器,当通风系统由于各种原因

引起通风不良时,风压传感器即会报警,同时切断增压站的供应,使设备停止工作。这种现象是:风机的烧毁或没有启动、风管的堵塞等。

1.3 制冷剂供应异常报警器

在制冷剂供应出现异常时,冷媒供应的报警器会报警,这种现象是: (1) 制冷剂用尽

(2) 制冷剂钢瓶接口出口连接错误(详见3.3.1) (3) 压缩空气中断

(4) 输送管路泄漏或爆裂

1.4通风系统

通风系统是保证设备安全运行的必要装备,务必配套运行!其风机应符合防爆要求,其风量应符合Qmin>Gmax*f/Kperm*LEL*C *T/293 要求

3 使用前的准备Preparation

3.1 辅助气源Assist air

准备0.6-0.8Mpa干燥纯净的压缩空气,连接到加液机空气入口处。在连接到加液机的管路中间安装阀门,以方便供气的开关。

Prepare 0.6-0.8Mpa dry , clean and compressed air, connect to liquid-adding machine. Please install a valve in the middle of the pipe which conn-ect the machine .

3.2电子秤Electronic balance

准备分辨率为0.5克的电子秤一台,

以校对充灌量的准确性。

Prepare an electronic balance

which the resolution ratio should be

0.5g, to check its accuracy when

filling.

3.3 制冷剂钢瓶Refrigerant steel bottle

注意:确认所要充注的制冷剂必须是纯正的,严禁充注其余型号或纯度不良的制冷剂!以免造成计量误差,以及导致加液机的损坏!

Attention: Please assure the refrigerant is pure, other kind of refrigerant or not pure refrigerant are forbidden to filling, to avoid causing amount error and damaging liquid-adding machine.

可靠的连接制冷剂钢瓶和加液机之间的供液管。

Connect the liquid-supply pipe between refrigerant steel bottle and 3liquid-adding machine firmly.

注意:制冷剂钢瓶的出口会有不同的形式,请务必确认为液体出口。有的钢瓶只有一个出口,有倒置出液和正置出液两种结构。有的钢瓶有二个出口,一个口是出液的,另一个口是出气的;钢瓶正着放和倒置放,这两个口的出液方式刚好相反。以下是不同钢瓶的结构示意图

Attention: The outlet of refrigerant steel bottle has different styles, please make sure it is the liquid outlet. Some steel bottle has only one outlet, including inversion and obverse these two styles. Some steel bottle has two outlets, one for liquid, the other for gas; its liquid Exporting style are opposite when steel Bottle put obverse and inversion.

3.3.1制冷剂钢瓶的形式

图1这种类型的钢瓶在使用中必须倒置, 才能使制冷剂以液态输出。

“A”阀门出口时钢瓶必须正着放置;而

用“B”阀门出口时必须倒置。才能使制

冷剂以液态输出。

3.3.1制冷剂钢瓶的安装要求

制冷剂钢瓶的放置应符合以下要求:(见附录)

应为钢瓶制作高度为500MM的平台,以利于制冷剂的利用率(用尽率)3.4 电源

确认为加液机的供电为380V +/-10%,

50Hz。连接的电缆功率为10A/380V。

3.5 真空泵的使用

打开控制器开关“ON ”时真空泵连续运转, “OFF ”时真空泵关闭

The vacuum pump can work both continuously and fitfully. ON is work continuously ,OFF is work stop.

4 操作界面operating faceplate

4. 1打开电源开关,界面提示输入口令:

(出厂时为12345) Open power source switch,

Number on type : 12345

如果口令遗忘,按右下角“口令遗忘”进入: 此口令请联系供应商获取。

口令正确输入后将操作口令复原为“12345”

If the password forgets, according to the

right under angle "thepassword forgets" enters: This password please contact with

the supplier to gain. After the password correct input will operate the password to

recoverwill be "12,345"

4.3设定电冰箱的通道

Establishes the electric refrigerator the channel

在实际生产中会有多个不同型号的电冰箱,需要充填不同计量的制冷剂,为了提高生产效率,本设备具有100个通道可以来方便地

来预置不同的电冰箱。

Can have many different models in the actual production the

electricrefrigerator, needs to fill the different measurement the refrigerant,in order to enhance the production efficiency, this equipment has 100channels to be allowed conveniently to initialize the differentelectric refrigerator.

4.3.1 如首先为BCD-120的电冰箱建立第一个通道:按“参数”输入口令,确认“ENTER ”

If first is the BCD-120 electric refrigerator establishes first Channel: According to "SET" the input password,confirms "ENTER"

4.3.2在通道的方框内输入“1”(表示建立第一号通道),在条码框内输入对应的条形码,(注意:建议条形码采用128型的标准码)设备识别的是前3位. Inputs "1" in the channel square (the expression to establish The first channel), inputs corresponding in the bar code framethe bar code, (Attention: The suggestion bar code uses 128 standard codes) tosuppose Prepares the recognition is first 3

4.3.3在真空度设定的方框内输入“30”(一般在10-60Pa 之间) Inputs "30" in the vacuum degree hypothesis square (generally between10-60Pa)

4.3.4在真空度设定时间的方框内输入“10”(一般在5-20S 之间)

Inputs "10" in the vacuum degree hypothesis time square (generallybetween 5-20Pa)

4.3.5在真空泄漏检测设定方框内输入“150”(一般在60-250Pa 之间) Divulges in the examination hypothesis square in the vacuum to input"150" (generally between 60-250Pa)

注意: 4.3.3的真空度设定值和4.3.5在真空泄漏检测设定值的比例为1:6或1:7, 如果比例太小,则正常的电冰箱会被认为有泄露存在,设备会误报警; 如果比例太大,则有轻微泄漏的电冰箱会被认为是正常范围而被通过!

4.3.6在真空泄漏检测时间设定的方框内输入“2”(一般在1-3之间)Divulges in the examination time hypothesis square in the vacuum toinput "2" (generally between 1-3S)

4.3.7设定加液量。

The hypothesis adds the liquid volume.

4.3.8选择制冷剂代码:R134a 选3 R600A 选5

Choice refrigerant code: R134a chooses 3 R600A to choose 5

通过上述操作,1号通道即BCD-120的电冰箱的加液量、真空度等信息已经建立,以后按“存入”把设定的数据存入到“1”号通道中。

使用中只要把1号通道调出来,即能对应加注BCD-120的电冰箱了。

同样的方法,我们可以建立第二个通道,如BCD-145的电冰箱。

4.4 “calibration test”

用高分辨率的电子秤检验充注量,如与设定量不符时,可用(定标测试)来完成对加注量的标定

注意:校对重量应重复2-3次,以避免系统管路中饱和气体、测试罐等操作误差。 Attention: The proofreading weight should duplicate 2-3 time, avoidsthe

system pipeline filling with with the gas, tests operation errorand so on the pot.

5自动运行 Automatic movement

5.1手工提取通道

The handwork withdraws the channel

点击通道号,输入需要提取的通道,按调出。

Clicks on the channel number, the channel which the input needs towithdraw, according to assigns out.

5.2条码枪提取通道

The bar code gun withdraws the channel

条码枪对条码贴标进行扫描:

scan the barcode running automaticly a 扫到已存条码,则自动调出。

If scan the barcode which has been save Then call out automaticlly

b 扫到未知条码,则提示从参数页输入各项数据,生成为新通道。(见4.3节) if scan the barcode not exist ,then input all data to set up new one.

5.3按“启动”键或枪头的按钮进行真空、加液的全自动运行。 Press “start ” button to start running auto -matic vacuum fluid.

5.3.1真空检测Vacuum examination

按“启动”键或枪头的按钮,检测真空开始,检测时间倒计时开始,当前的真空度开始下降,当真空度下降到设定值时,系统的真空检测完成进入泄漏检测。 According to "the start" the key or the spear head button, theexamination vacuum starts, examination time starts, thecurrent vacuum degree starts to drop, when the vacuum degree drops tosupposes the definite value, the system vacuum examination completesenters divulges the examination.

当真空检测时间倒计时结束,而真空度还没有

下降到设定值时,系统将提示“真空度不足”并提示“检查前道工序”,“快速接头的密封圈磨损”, 同时系统将会继续补抽真空,直至真空度合格,转入下一道泄漏检测工序 。 注:如果电冰箱有泄漏存在,真空度会一直达

Note: If the electric refrigerator has divulges the existence, thevacuum degree can continuously not be able to achieve supposes thedefinite value.

5.3.2泄漏检测Divulges the examination

当系统的真空检测完成后进入泄漏检测。

泄漏检测时间一般为1-3秒,设备会根据4.3节的的设定自动进行泄漏检测。 After the system vacuum examination

completes enters divulges theexamination.

检测时,真空泵上的隔断阀会短暂的关断真空

回路1-3秒,使设备脱离真空泵仅和电冰箱连

接,在设定时间内,真空度的回升量小于设定值,表明电冰箱没有泄漏,反之,如果真空度

的回升量大于设定值,表明电冰箱存在泄漏。

5.3.3制冷剂灌注The refrigerant pours into

当系统的真空检测、泄漏检测合格后,下一步即进入制冷剂的灌注.

当制冷剂供应出现异常情况时,在灌注过程中屏幕上会提示“加液故障” 这些异常情况是:

When the refrigerant supply has the unusual situation, in pours intoin the process on the screen to be able to prompt "adds the fluidbreakdown" These unusual situations are:

1制冷剂钢瓶中的液体已经用完 2压缩空气的供应不足

3管路中可能有堵塞的现象,或阀门没有打开 4其他电气电路的故障

6工作压力Working pressure

6.1制冷剂工作压力(经增压后的压力) Refrigerant working pressure (after turbo-charged after pressure)

设备的设计工作压力为1.5-2.0MPa, 即储液罐制冷剂经过增压泵增压后的工作压力,此压力从增压泵出口开始一直保持到充注枪头。

6.2制冷剂储能罐的常规饱和压力(增压前的压力)

R600A 的饱和压力在环境温度0-45℃之间的变化为0.1-0.4MPa 之间(仅供参考)

The R600A saturation pressure is between 0.1-0.4MPa (only

suppliesreference) in the ambient temperature 0-45 between change ℃

6.3驱动的压缩空气压力 Actuation stored air pressure

设备的配套压缩空气运行压力为0.4-0.7MPa ,经

空气压力调节器调节后,0.28MPa 压力供给增压泵工作。

注意:压缩空气压力的高低会导致制冷剂工作压力的异常,请勿任意调整! 警告!即使小幅度空气压力的调整即可能会引起制冷剂工作压力的较大变化,超高的制冷剂压力会导致设备的无法正常运行甚至损坏和危及人身的可能!

7 制冷剂用尽的提示 clew of refrigerant use up

当制冷剂钢瓶中制冷剂即将用尽时,气缸会不停地工作,提示更换制冷剂,面板上的“冷媒供应”也会报警,在灌注时屏幕会出现“加液故障”的提示。 When in the refrigerant steel cylinder the refrigerant soon exhausts,the air cylinder meets does not stop works, prompts the replacementrefrigerant, on the kneading board "the cold intermediary supply" alsocan report to the police, when pouring into the screen can appear"adds the fluid breakdown" the prompt.

注意:当主屏提示 “加液故障”时,请检查前2台产品的充灌量是否足量。 Notice : when main screen shows “E- - -”,please check whether the filling amount is enough or not.

按照第5节“自动运行”进行对电冰箱的自动真空检测、泄漏检测和自动灌注。 "The automatic movement" carries on according to 5th to the electricrefrigerator automatic vacuum examination, divulges the examinationand automatically pours into. 注意!强排时切不可将枪头对准人身!

Notice: don ’t make gun point to people when venting.

提示:产品真空预抽最好应达到规定要求,本设备只提供检测和补抽之用。 Prompting: vacuum pre-venting should achieve to requirement, this equipment supply testing and venting only.

9 设备维护 equipment maintenance

9.1 定期检验加液量的准确率

test accuracy rate of filling amount in regular time 9.2 定期检查真空泵油量

test oil amount of vacuum pump in regular time.

9.3 保持主机、手柄所有连接管道和电缆的紧密连接

keep all connections among machine, handle, pipes and wires tight.

9.4 每天在加液嘴内添加少量润滑油,保持和快速接头良好匹配,减少密封圈的磨损。

Add lubricate oil on the liquid-adding mouth everyday to minus wear and tear of seal.

警告!新钢瓶的接口和接头在安装前务必检漏试验! Warning: please testing tie-in before installment.

警告!定期检查主机、手柄、制冷剂钢瓶之间的连接软管接头是否松动,以免制冷剂外泄,造成损失和危险!

Warning: check whether connections are loose to avoid refrigerant leaking.

10 简单故障排除 Simple trouble shooting

10.1 屏幕显示“加液故障”: a 制冷剂用尽 refrigerant use up b 压缩空气中断 compress air stop c 管路堵塞 pipe blocking

10. 2真空度达不到或很慢 can ’t achieve vacuum degree or slow

a 电冰箱的真空没有预抽好 refrigeratory ’s vacuum pre-venting not well

b 电冰箱的管路没有焊接好pipe of refrigeratory not joint well

c 真空度是否设定的太低vacuum degree lower than setting

d 检查真空泵油量check vacuum pump oil amount

e 检查充注枪快速接头的密封圈并更换

check seal ring between gun and tie-in and change f 与充注枪的连接管松动pipe connect gun loose g 校验罐太冷verify can too cold

h 校验罐内充油太多,加热校验罐后充入30g 制冷剂释放,重复几次。

Too much oil in verify can, filling 30g refrigerant after heating verify can and repeat.

i 真空泵损坏vacuum pump damage

10. 3 计量有误差 measure error

a 电子称分辨率太低,应选取分辨率为1g 的电子称进行标定
