I am planning to lead a group of students to visit the exhibition in your town, so I wonder if you could tell me some important information about the exhibition.

First, I’d like to know the theme of the exhibition and the activities you are going to hold, as well as the size on display. Second, would you please tell me the dates from open to close and the specific time of activities in everyday? Last, I must point out that I would bring over students to the exhibition, so I want to inquiry if there is any discount on entrance tickets for students.

I’d appreciate it if you could tell me the information as soon as possible. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
