六年级学生情况分析

学生现状分析

1、六年两个班的情况类似，都是班里女生基本上比较认真也很活泼，但是男生普遍比较沉默，不沉默的就是捣蛋的两三个，所以男生的学习氛围比较差。班里优秀的有不少，如许芷轩，许婷等，基本功很扎实；但是也有一些基础过差，在五年级我接班时连字母都不认识，上课根本听不懂，这已经导致他们缺乏学习英语的兴趣。加上六年级本身英语难度就加大了很多，许多学困生学习难度加大，一些学生无法跟上班级的学习水平。两极分化的情况在班级很严重。

2、部分学生的学习成绩参差不齐，学习目的不够明确，思想懈怠、溜号严重；还有一些课堂上经常搞小动作，故意引起其他学生的注意力，扰乱课堂纪律；学生缺少学习的主动性、积极性。

3、许多同学学习方法不得当，不会英语发音，有不积极主动的学习，勤奋度很低，布置的听说作业回家基本不会去读去背。

4、我身兼4个班的英语，每天所要批的作业就有四大摞，而且每个班都有那么几个特别操心的学生，没办法一一拉到身边辅导，很多作业上的问题都是在课堂上集体讲解，效果没有那么好。

改进措施

1、改进课堂教学方式，让学生们的注意力放在学习上，寓教于乐，让师生之间的课堂活动形式更加多样化，提升学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性。

2、多读，采用各种教学手段锻炼学生的读的能力，而且要读准，读连贯，从单词发音做起，扎实基础。

3、作业布置上根据学生的实际情况，实施分层作业，使不同的学生都能找到合适自己的课后巩固方法，更好完成学习任务。

4、抓好课堂纪律，严抓学生的作业效率。
