1.Briefly introduce yourself
Answer: Hello, my name is Rong Xiaojie, I’m 19. Today I’d like to apply for the position about advertising plannin g. I’ll graduate from Yangzhou Polytechnic C ollege next year. Now, my major is Business English, but in fact, I prefer art. In the past two years, I have got many certifications, such as: CET6, NCRE grade1. What’s more, I also got many certificates in taking photograph, writing and so on. I am outgoing and I am willing to change my ideas with others. I am able to use PS, AI and WPS. Don’t hesitate. 2.Why do you hunt a job in Yangzhou?
Answer: Because your company is located here and I want to apply for the position about advertising planning in your company.
注意：不能只谈到所处城市的好。归根结底，还是要说到是对方公司吸引了自己。
3.Why do you choose our company?
Answer1: Because your company is famous around the world, I think I’ll get more opportunities and challenges throughout my work. If I can get the position, I’ll do my best to create more benefits for your company.
Answer2: I know your company is not so famous as some other companies, but I think your company will have a good future and it can temper me very well. I hope I can grow up with your company together.
4.To what degree do you know about the position you apply for?
Answer: I have made sufficient preparation for this position. I believe I will have a complete grasp of this position after I start working.
5.At your new position you are applying for, how do you carry out your work at the
beginning?
Answer: I’m new to this company, so everything here is fresh to me. But my adaptability is very strong and I’m sure can adapt to the new environment quickly.
6.What is the most prominent quality of yours?
Answer: I’m imaginative. When there’s a project for me, I can come up with a lot if ideal at once. I think this quality can help me to create more benefits for your company.
7.What is the most obvious drawback of yours?
Answer: As we all know, no one is perfect. I think my most obvious drawback is too hesitated, sometimes I can’t make a decision at once. But now, I am taking some actions to get rid of this drawback. For example, I worked as a minister in one of our school’s community，so I can always make some decisions now.
8.How much do you demand about your ideal salary?
Answer: I hope my salary will deserve my performance in your company.

9.What is your career plan during the future 3 or 5 years?
Answer: My dream is to become a successful advertising planner, I’ll try my best to do my work well in the future so that I can realize my dream and personal value.

Answer1: I have make a sufficient preparation about the corporate of your company, I believe I will have a complete grasp of this position after I start working.
Answer2: 大公司：众所周知你们公司十分的有名，从这点可以看出来，你们公司肯定有着很好的管理模式、文化传统。
Answer3: 小公司：虽然你们公司并不大，但是我相信麻雀虽小，五脏俱全，你们公司一定也有着不一样的文化底蕴。

Answer: Everyone must have different ideas on work, all I can do is accepting and analyzing good ideas.
注意：每个人都是不同的，想法肯定也不一样，我们要先聆听每个人的想法，然后根据“取其精华，去其糟粕”的方法，选取、分析、学习好的想法
13.（选做）How do you deal with conflicts among the colleagues on work?
注意：遇到矛盾，不能心急，先要缓和气氛。再找一个合适的契机，和人家谈内心的想法。主要做到公私分明。
14.Do you obey your superior manager (leader) absolutely in jobs? Why or why not? Answer: It depends. When I have different ideas with my superior manager, I might find her/him and talk about my idea in private.
