Principle: A packaging machine’s speed is measured by the number of packages it can produce and fill in an hour – an absolutely critical factor of production. The TBA/22 is the faster aseptic carton packaging machine on the market. His high speed is largely due to a unique chain driven jaw system from Tetra Pak which, in combination with the roll-fed material system, enables continuous motion. The machine produces 20,000 portion-sized packages per hour. The Tetra Pak aseptic system delivers superior product safety. Packaging material surfaces are sterilized over with food grade Hydrogen peroxide.
The machine is completely sealed, and hydrogen peroxide residues are drained and diluted in 1% water solution prior to discharge without any risk for the operator and for the environment.
