1、提前进入“角色”,“净化”考试情境
考试时间是有限的,也是宝贵的。为了在考试过程中分分秒秒均能发挥最佳水平,考生在进入考场前应提前进入“角色”——
让大脑开始简单的思维活动,进入单一的考试情境。
具体操作如下:
1、清点考试用具。
2、对一些重要知识(如:定义概念、原理规律、公式法则等)“过过电影”。
3、对一些难记、易忘的知识,再粗略地浏览一遍。

考生在刚拿到试卷时,不必匆匆作答。可以先从头到尾通览全卷,做到心中有数。
1、发挥“进门槛效应”。首先回答那些一眼看得出结论的简单选择题或填空题。这样,就能产生“旗开得胜、势在必得”的心理效应(即“进门槛效应”),从而促使思维活动及时进入最佳竞技状态。
2、防止小题大做。对于客观性试题(选择、填空题)可压缩答题时间,从而节约出更多的时间解答后面的大题。
3、实施先熟后生。先做内容比较简单、题型又比较熟悉的试题,然后再做那些难一点的试题。因为从心理学角度看,中等难度的试题容易刺激人的精神亢奋,会使人情不自禁地进入答题境界。
3、妥善分步解答,确保争“分”夺秒

评卷采用的是“分段评分”的办法,在答题过程中,考生应坚持以下两点:
1、克服“会而不对,对而不全”的通病。有的考生试卷中的试题本来会做,但最后答案却是错误的——
会而不对;有的考生答案虽然是对的,但中间有逻辑缺陷或概念不清,结果造成对而不全。因此,提醒考生,会做的题目一定要认真仔细。从以往考生答卷中可以看出,特别难的题得1、2分容易,而简单的题得满分却很难。
2、坚持高分原则。首先,两道题都会做的,应先选高分题做,然后再做低分题,以减少由于时间不足而产生失分。其次,到了考试的最后阶段,对久攻不下的题目应先做高分题,当然,这里亦应防止“高分题久攻不下,低分题无暇顾及”的现象产生。英语阅读理解的解题方法：
(1)先看文章后做题。主要针对简单易懂的文章，时间又较充裕的情况。
(2)先看题目后读文章再做题。这种方法在时间紧、文章长的情况下更为实用。这样，可以带着问题去阅读，文章中的内容与考题相关时仔细阅读，与题目无关时可以置之不理，很快跳过去。
还有一些题目涉及一般常识或科普知识，可以在未阅读文章之前自己先行判断，在阅读时只要对自己的判断进行验证就可以了。
(3)快速阅读文章后面的题目，并将题目中的关键词(一般为实词，并且含有重要信息)用笔画出来。这样可以了解并获得将要阅读的文章的大概意思，做到有的放矢。阅读过程中，考生可以将含有重要信息的词、短语或句子等用笔画出来。这样可为答题做很好的铺垫。解题时寻找相关的重要信息就容易多了。其他考试技巧第一要实干
不要在踟蹰，蹉跎中等候。认认真真的按照原定的复习计划，要像潜水员一样，潜到书本里，对自己负责的复习，这是最重要的。
这个过程，行动最重要，方法是次要，负责是主要，计划是次要。什么意思呢，就是说，复习的过程中最重要的是坚持不懈的看书，做题，总结，这就是最好的方法，而所谓的方法往往会造成捷径害人的结果。所谓的负责就是，接触一类问题，解决一类问题，不要为了进度而敷衍了事，这样和掩耳盗铃无异。
第二要善于总结
总结的核心要义就是将知识系统化，将书本上的知识变成自己的语言。我曾经针对数学，自己做了一个总结的笔记本，按照高中数学的教学进程，将自己理解的课本的难点按照专题模式罗列出来，并进行了细致的归纳以及发散。在初期虽然这个工作比较耗时，但是最后看来反而是节约了时间。
除了对课本的总结，其次就是试题的总结。试题的作用在于巩固知识不假，但是其更准确的意义在于给你了一个机会，那就是通过一道题而将其在书本上关联的知识一次性的决绝掉。正是由于我采取了每题都归纳的策略，因此获得了数学选择题赢得满分的战绩。
第三要不断激励鼓励自己
第2/3页成考的路最漫长最难熬，因此没有巨大的勇气，很难坚持到底。在这个漆黑如深夜的道路上，不断的鼓励激励自己是十分重要的。
第四关于要不要去上辅导班的问题
我的看法是，如果你的基础他差，可以考虑去上一个辅导班，因为在那里同学能给你提供学习的竞争氛围，多少能提供一定的动力，那里的老师也是成考方面的
专家，能在最短的时间里给你理出科目的复习思路，另外很重要的就是一些难点，经验等，可以使你的复习事半功倍。
如果你基础较好，建议自己看书，就不要浪费父母的银子了。
第五选择复习书籍
辅导书籍很重要，最好买所在学校自己出的书。如果没有的话，就选择内容系统性较强的书作为复习辅导用书。
第六做好笔记
建议制作一个摘录难点，自己容易犯错的知识点的“集错本”，务必保证错误只犯一次，有一次经验教训，就要吃透原因，甚至触类旁通。
