中国与海上丝绸之路沿线国家港口合作探析

摘要：港口合作是海上互联互通的基础，中国与海上丝绸之路沿线国家港口合作的开展有利于促进21世纪海上丝
绸之路的繁荣和区域经济的发展。运用对比分析法，从中国与东南亚、南亚、西亚、非洲和南欧等沿线不同区域的港口合
作特点发现当前的港口合作存在合作基础薄弱，与沿线国家有矛盾冲突，国内相关企业过度竞争，缺少统一的合作管理
体制和港口信息共享平台等问题，可以从打造与沿线国家的利益共同体，规范国内港口企业的发展，建立统一的管理体
制机制，构建港口信息共享平台和组建跨区域港口合作组织等方面来保障中国与沿线国家港口合作的顺利进行。

Analysis of the Cooperation Between China and the National Ports Along
Maritime Silk Road

(School of M anagement，Guangdong Ocean University，Zhanjiang 524088，China) Abstract：Port cooperation is the basis for the interoperability of the sea.The cooperation between China and the countries along the Maritime Silk Road is conducive to promoting the prosperity of the21st century Maritime Silk Road and the development of the regional https://www.360docs.net/doc/c98594252.html,ing the method of comparative analysis，the characteristics of port cooperation in different regions along China and Southeast Asia,South Asia,West Asia,Africa and southern Europe are analyzed.Some problems are found out，such as the weak cooperation foundation of current port cooperation，conflicts with countries along the route，excessive competition from domestic related companies，lack of a unified cooperation management system and a platform for sharing information on ports，and so on.We can ensure the smooth progress of port cooperation between China and countries along the route by building communities of interests with countries along the route，regulating the development of domestic port companies，establishing a unified management system，establishing a platform for sharing information on ports，and establishing cross-regional port cooperation organizations.
