苏州智诚光学科技有限公司 玻璃术语及检验标准 一．不良描述的定义 1.点缺陷：缺陷是由于材料本身或加工过程中产生的不可去除的瑕 疵；点缺陷即具有点形状的缺陷，测量尺寸以其最大直径为准。 2.同色点:与相邻区域属同一色系但色调有差异的点（或气泡）。 3.异色点：与相邻区域不属同一色系的点（或气泡）。 4.手印：在产品表面或零部件光亮面出现的手指印痕。 5. 划伤：镜片表面被其它物品擦划造成不可清除的痕迹。 6. 硬划伤：由于硬物磨擦而造成表面有深度的划痕，也叫深花。 7. 细划伤：没有深度的划痕，也叫浅花。 8. 崩裂：因为应力或机械损伤而造成产品的裂纹或细小开裂。 9. 崩边：因外力作用将产品边缘碰掉一小块。 10.表面脏污：可用压缩空气吹脱的脏物。 11. 异物：可擦除的脏物（不需用酒精等有机溶剂即可擦除）。 12. 可擦拭脏污：在产品表面所残留的脏污（可通过用酒精等有机溶剂擦除）。 13. 掉墨：已丝印的区域由于附着不良产生的无油墨或部分无油墨。 14. 镀膜/丝印层脱落：电镀或丝印后，因粘附力不强而有掉落现象。 15. 镀膜层不良：蒸镀后附着力不强，镀层有脏污，色差等不良现象。 16. 透光：由于应丝印的区域未丝印或丝印油墨稀薄造成光线可部分透过。 17. 透明度差现象：指透明区模糊，透明度不佳的现象。 18. 字体印反：包括图案印反，因晒网错误或架网错误，导致镜片正面检验时字体相反。 19. 牙边：丝印后，字体边缘或可视窗及图案边缘有参差不齐的牙齿
状不良现象。 20. 色差：对照色板或Pantone卡颜色有差异,或同一批次有多种颜色。 21. 彩虹现象：指透明区域出现七彩效果的现象。 二．行业术语 1. 倒边：也称倒角，为避免镜片太锋利，易伤人及易崩废，将表面与直身位接触处按一定角度磨钝,切削角度一般有30度、35度、45度、60度等，倒边类别可分为砂边和光边两种，砂边与光边是相对而言，砂边不光洁，一般倒边比较大时多采用光边，可增加美感。 2. 外形尺寸：包括镜片的长、宽、对角、厚度、倒边大小等。 3. 丝印尺寸：包括可视窗的长、宽、上、下、左、右丝印位的大小等。 4. 单卜：底部平面，表面为球的一部分，代号用“SR”表示。 5. 单桥：底部平面，表面为桥梁形，代号用“R”表示。 6. 双卜：相对单卜而言，底部凹进与表面同向，弧度一致，代号用“SR”表示。 7. 双桥：相对单桥而言，底部凹进与表面同向，弧度一致，代号用“R”表示。 8. 中心度:镜片最高处至底面的垂直距离,用“H”表示。 企身位：镜片底部距离镜片边缘的垂直距离，用“h ”表示。 9. 批花：玻璃表面加工切削成的各种图案。 10. 打孔：将镜片自上至下钻取各类形状的内孔，可美化外观，可作漏音孔，可令键穿过或定位。 11. 抗冲击：将镜片用物理方法强化处理后，可承受一定的冲击力，令镜片不易破碎,抗冲击的标准按要求的不同而不同。
