国内外高校图书馆学科服务互动界面对比

*本文系华北电力大学中央高校基金项目“共引分析视角下的一流学科竞争力评价研究”(项目编号:2018MS137)研究成果。

摘要文章以高校图书馆学科服务互动界面为研究对象,分析与国外的异同,引导我国高校馆以互动为抓手,更好地开展学科服务。采用网络调查与比较分析的方法,访问国内外20所高校馆网站,从互动所属路径、互动渠道、互动内容和学科平台利用等方面作对比分析。国内高校图书馆与国外相比有一定差距,但逐渐凸显中国学科服务特色。文章提出制定服务总体规划、完善互动页面建设、丰富多元化互动渠道、分类展示互动内容和推动服务平台本土化建设等建议。关键词高校图书馆学科服务学科服务平台互动界面

This paper makes a comparative study on the subject service interaction interfaces of foreign and

Chinese academic libraries ,aiming to promote the subject services in Chinese academic libraries.Adopting both methods of network investigation and comparative analysis ,the paper makes an analysis of the subject service

interaction interfaces of 20foreign and Chinese academic libraries ,paying attention to the paths ,channels ,contents and platforms of interaction between subject librarians and readers.The analysis shows that in the field of

subject services ,though Chinese academic libraries have their own highlights ,they still lag behind their foreign counterparts on the whole.It is suggested that Chinese academic libraries should draw up their overall plans for subject services ,improve their subject service interaction interfaces ,enrich their interaction channels ,display

模式。本文在对国内外著名高校图书馆学科服务互动界面进行网络调查和对比分析的基础上,揭示互联网时代学科服务的发展特点,以期为学科服务相关研究与实践提供参考。
