3、青协征集志愿者清理废弃书桌；
4、鼓励大家将废弃的书桌或椅子捐献到指定地点。
活动流程：
1.联系学校后勤部门，取得同意及合作；
2.并联系废旧处理场，派卡车运送；
3.事先确定废弃书桌集中地区（例如西区厚德载物
楼），确定废弃书桌的管理权限，并征得同意，
估算废弃书桌的大致商量；
4.根据书桌数量，在三个地区合理安排工作人员集
中将废弃书桌搬到指定地点。
5.卡车将废弃书桌运送至废旧处理场，卖的一定经
费。
6.经费一部分用来感谢主动捐献废弃椅子，书桌的
同学，其余全部交给后勤部门，用于校园内书桌
的修补换新等。
（三）荒地绿苗行动
活动时间：2014年3月31日——4月3日
活动地点：北区荒地处
宣传方式：
1、利用微博、微信等网络平台宣传；
2、在西区、北区摆摊，鼓励大家参与荒地种植
绿苗活动，凡答对环保知识N道的同学，将有机会认领一颗小树苗，亲手将它种植到学
校荒地处；
活动流程：
1.联系学校的房产部门（？），询问是否可以对北
区荒地进行处理种植活动；
2.采购小树苗，种树工具等。
3.根据选拔，将报名同学集中一起种植小树苗。
（四）征集草坪标语活动
活动时间：2014年3月27日——4月3日
活动地点：北区1#实验楼门口
宣传方式：
1、利用微博、微信等网络平台宣传；
2、在西区、北区宣传栏张贴海报；
活动流程：
1.参与方式：将草坪标语的文案或设计稿发送至指
定邮箱；
2.宣传十佳标语，在微博上进行公示三天的投票，
宣出最佳标语五条，奖励礼品一份；
3.将最佳标语上报学校，在经常被踩踏的草坪处树
立标语。
（五）走廊文化大比拼
活动时间：2014年4月8日——4月15日
活动地点：北区教学楼走廊
宣传方式：
1、利用微博、微信等网络平台宣传；
2、在西区、北区宣传栏张贴海报；
活动流程：
1.将大楼管理员处（事先征得同意）盆栽的摆放在
教学楼的过道和教学楼的二楼空地上；
2.征集科院艺术生优秀作品或者科院学生优秀书画
作品，并在长廊上悬挂不同风格艺术作品。对征
集的作品进行一定的奖励。
（六）废旧自行车处理行动
活动时间：2014年4月8日——4月15日
活动地点：西区、北区车库
宣传方式：
1、利用微博、微信等网络平台宣传；
2、在西区、北区宣传栏张贴海报；
3、青协征集志愿者。
活动流程：
1.3月25日至4月15日，在摆摊地点和车库进行
告示：“学校将进行废旧自行车清理活动，在4
月15日之前，整理或处理好你的自行车，如将
丢弃它，请将告示上的黄色贴纸贴于自行车的左
手手把上，并写上你的姓名及短号（必填），我
们将在4月15日进行统一处理。”
2.4月15日，安排志愿者处理自行车，将有黄色
贴纸的自行车和严重破损的自行车进行处理，将
车主的名字和短号记录在册。
3.联系废旧处理场，卖的一定经费。

名单，在4月11日中午，二村花坛和西区校门
口，进行摆摊义卖，桌子由团委准备，收入的
50%交给爱心报亭。
（八）小小粉刷匠
活动时间：2014年3月30日
活动地点：西区、北区、二村
宣传方式：
1、利用微博、微信等网络平台宣传；
2、在西区、北区宣传栏张贴海报；
活动流程：
1.网络征集学生随手拍的校园不美丽的地方，主要
是一些破损的教学楼内墙与外墙，私信@宁大科
院团委或指定邮箱，要求：图片加地点。
2.团委收集这些信息，上报学校后勤部门，招聘专
