Check the coffee machine is working 检查咖啡机是否正常工作
Prepare the sugar, tea bags.准备糖,茶包
Check the plates and forks are clean and polished 检查盘子和拆字是否擦干净
Check the service tray are enough 检查托盘是否够用
Check the paper napkin 检查餐巾纸
Set up one containe for table rubbish bin 准备一个容器在桌子上,放垃圾(茶袋,糖纸)
Check the table cards of food 检查食品名卡
H-1Confirmed the coffee break time with kitchen 与厨房确认茶歇时间
开始前1小时Ensure the food are ready 30min before started 确保所有食品在开始半个小时前准备好
Set up sugar and tea, fill in the coffee beans 摆放糖,茶包,装满咖啡豆
H-30m Staff stand by with service tray 服务员拿托盘站位
开始前半小时Set up the milk and make sure it's warm 牛奶摆好,并确保是温的
Check the hot water is ready for tea 检查冲茶的热水是否准备好
Check the guest washroom is clean 检查客用洗手间是否干净
Finished Clean the coffee break set up 清理茶歇摆台
结束Clean the coffee machine 清洁咖啡机
