动物疫苗洁净厂房暖通节能设计探讨

【摘 要】 采在工业厂房设计领域,因为生产工艺对室内环境的高要求,导致空调系统的能效比相对较低,

因此工业洁净空调相比其他空调系统有更大的节能潜力。以北京地区某药企厂房为例,对空调系

统的设计方案及其节能设计要点做简要说明。首先,简要介绍了疫苗洁净厂房空调系统的设计方

案;其次,结合项目所在地的气候条件和生产工艺要求,设计二次回风系统和风机变频控制系统,

节能效果明显;再次,从房间消毒与压力控制的角度,介绍了厂房通风系统的设计方案。当前,

暖通设计领域的节能方案有很多,项目应结合自身特点,选用适合的方案。

Air Conditioning System in the Animal Vaccine Clean Plant

【Abstract 】 Because of the high requirement of production process in indoor environment, the EER is relatively low in the field of industrial building design. Compared with other air conditioning system, it has the great saving energy potential. This article put a pharmaceutical factory as an example, discussed several aspects as below. Firstly, discussed the energy-saving design of air conditioning system in the animal vaccine clean plant; secondly, according to the climate condition of the project location and production process requirements, designed secondary return air system and frequency conversion control system which has great energy saving effect; thirdly, introduced the design of plant ventilation system in the room disinfection control and pressure control. At present, there are lots of energy saving design in the field of HV AC. Project should choose a suitable solution according to own characteristics.

0 引言

当前,在“中国农产品走出去”的大环境下,

大批兽用疫苗企业扩容扩产以期早一步抢占国外

市场份额。为了同国际市场接轨,疫苗生产厂房的

设计标准日渐提高。在暖通设计的角度,在保证工

艺生产达到国家现行《兽药生产质量管理规范》

(GMP )要求的同时,如何降低能耗也值得探讨。

本文以北京某药企厂房为例,就动物疫苗行业洁净

空调节能设计做初步探讨。

1 项目概况 项目位于北京市,建筑面积12240.72m 2,建筑占地面积3737m 2,建筑火灾危险类别为丙类。厂房共3层,依据生产功用,分为活疫苗厂房和灭火疫苗厂房,项目设计年产量为活疫苗60亿羽份/年,灭活疫苗40万升/年。 室外设计参数如下: 大气压力:夏季1000.2hPa ,冬季1021.7hPa ;
