飞机上位置的确定

飞机上的组件总会被安装在一定的位置上，每一个位置需要一定的方法进行准确描述，由此提出了三种确定飞机上位置的方法：站位、水线和纵抛线；区域编号；盖板位置。飞机的位置划分在AMM的第六章尺寸及区域划分这一章，属于A TA100总体部分，在其他手册的相应部分也有叙述。飞机的区域（Zone）信息在IPC手册的前言（Front Metter）部分，有详细的图示说明，这部分内容因机型不同而不同。段位和盖板位置指明接近某一工作区域需要使用的勤务盖板，不同区域的盖板有不同的首位数字。这三部分内容一般都在每一项工作内容的工卡中标明，以便于维护人员接近该区域，如果没有特定的内容则标“N/A”，表示没有适合的区域。

2．5．1飞机的站位、水线和纵抛线

飞机的站位、水线和纵抛线是利用三维坐标的方法确定飞机上某个点的位置，因此，要求飞机处于水平状态，位置平直以便于度量。这种定位方式广泛地用于飞机上设备的定位，飞机的称重和平衡以及飞机的结构修理。

站位STA（Station）：飞机水平放置，以英寸或毫米为单位，距离基准面的距离，称为站位。

机身站位BS（Body (Fuselage) Station）：飞机水平放置，以英寸或毫米为单位，机身某点距离纵向基准面的距离，称为机身站位。如：轮舱后隔板，727站位（737-300）。

其它站位：大翼的站位，垂直安定面的站位，水平安定面的站位都是到各自基准面的距离。

机身纵抛线BBL或BL（Body (Fuselage) Buttock Line）指飞机机身截面中垂直于地面的纵抛线距离纵抛线中线的距离。因此，纵抛分成左侧纵抛和右侧纵抛线，用LBL和RBL 标明，纵抛线对应的是飞机的宽向位置。如：轮舱左侧70左纵抛线位置（737-300）。

机身水线BWL或WL（Body (Fuselage) Waterline）指飞机机身截面中平行于地面的水

平线距离水线基准面的距离。水线对应的是飞机的高向位置。如：客舱地板，水线位置208.1（737-300）。

不难发现有了上述三个坐标就在飞机的长宽高向位置上描述了飞机上一点位置信息，因此有些手册上将其作为标定位置的重要方式。为了描述机翼、安定面的站位，在站位编码前加注字母的形式以示与机身站位的区别，如加注“L”、“R”表示左右机翼站位，“SL”、“SR”表示左右安定面站位，“F”表示垂直安定面站位，“NL”、“NR”表示左右发动机短舱站位，“TIP”大翼翼尖位置。

飞机的区域是针对飞机的整体进行合理的分块得到的，飞机的区域代表了飞机组件的大体舱位，按照飞机的功能对各舱进行了细致的区域划分。飞机的区域划分在AMM第六章尺寸及区域中或IPC手册前言部分，以及MPD手册的相关部分列举。具体各机型的，站位如下表所示：

根据上表，737-300飞机被划分为七个区域，按照一上，二下，左三，右四，左面的发动机是五，右面的发动机是六，尾翼是七的原则。而737-600/700/800/900和320系列飞机的区域则被分成八个区域。除机翼外不分左右，而且将工作区域集中的飞机下部定义为100。按照上面这样的方法，再细分成小区，用来在工作中指示工作的位置。例如：101驾驶舱左侧，102驾驶舱右侧（737-300）。

关于飞机的区域是我们从事特定机型机务工作所必须了解的内容，在进行工作前，我们应当知道要在飞机的哪个位置进行工作。

2．5．3段位（Section）和盖板编号（Access）

飞机的段位是一种针对飞机结构的分段方式，各飞机因机型而不同，737-300型飞机分成4个部分：

41段位，机头到360站位，大概是飞机头部；

43段位，360站位到540站位，机身前段到机翼前缘；

46段位，540站位到1016站位，机翼前缘到尾部承压隔框；

48段位，1016站位到机尾，尾部承压隔框之后。

盖板的编号也是有一定规则的，一般盖板的编号有四位数字和“L、R”两位字母组成，前两位数字表示盖板所在区域的位置。以737-300型飞机为例，其中第一位数字09表示飞机外围的盖板，11-19表示地板以下的盖板，21-29表示地板以上的盖板，31-39表示非增压区的盖板，41-49表示机头及门的盖板，51-59表示动力装置上的盖板，61-69表示机翼前缘的盖板，71-79表示燃油箱盖板，81-89表示机翼后缘和舵面上的盖板，91-99表示尾部的盖板。三四位数字表示盖板的编号，“L、R”表示在机身左侧或者右侧。如：1104R表示，机头右侧的厕所勤务盖板（737-300）。

由此可见，无论是“站位-水线-纵抛”还是区域，或者盖板编号都能有效地说明部件在飞机上的位置。维修文件在使用这些位置信息的时候，往往把它们作为工作执行中必要的元

素予以标注。
