Self-Confidence is very important in daily life. It can help you to develop a healthy attitude. A study shows that the people who are more confident are much happier. They can have more chance to make themselves successful.

自信对于日常生活非常重要，它让你有一个健康的态度，研究表明自信会更快乐，它还能让人更有机会成功。

People say that self-confidence is half of the success. Without self-confidence, You can’t do well in anything. Self-confidence is very importance to a person.

Firstly, Self-confidence, let a person maintain a good mental and physical state.We often say that the body is the capital of the revolution. Only when you are in good health, can you be really successful eventually. Secondly,once we gain self-confidence, we will possess the courage and strength to overcome the setbacks and difficulties. With self-confidence, no one and nothing can stop your way.Thirdly, with self-confidence we may accomplish something which seems to be impossible. No great thing is easy for us, therefore we should hold the idea that anything is possible. We should trust in ourselves.

首先，自信让人保持好的身体和精神状态，我们常说身体是革命的本钱。只有你身体健康，你最后才能真正成功。其次，一旦我们获得了自信，我们就拥有了勇气和力量去克服挫折和困难。有了自信，没有人也没有什么能够阻止你成功。再次，有了自信我们可能实现一些以前看起来不可能的事。没有什么大事对我们是容易的，因此我们应该相信一切皆有可能。我们应该，或者必须相信自己。

When I was a child, I was very unconfident and often doubted everything. It's even like this question “What day is today”,I had to go to the calendar to make sure.This feeling is not good.

I used to be afraid to express myself before the public.I was so nervous that my heart virtually burst out of my chest, so I often couldn't express my ideas well, so I was very upset.

It is a long-running debate that whether students in university should be allowed to get married or not. Different people have different oppinions. Some people seem to be approval to the college students' marriage, I hold an opponent view that the students should not get married when they are still in the university.

First,the main task for college students is study and future career. I think career is more important than love and marriage.

Second,there is no pocketbook to enable them to support a family. Since they are still under-gratuated, they can’t find a job to earn enough money to maintain the marriage. If they can’t afford the rent of a house and other expense in daily life, will their marriage go on?

In today's society, everyday we may face some kind of stress and difficulties from work, school or family. Stress is one of our biggest enemies. It affects our health state and our relationships with others. In order to overcome them, people have different methods. Some read, some exercise, some drink,and some play video games. in my opinion , I would like to use different ways according to different stress.

现如今，每天我们都要面临各种各样的工作、学习、生活压力。压力是我们最大的敌人之一。它影响我们的健康以及我们与他人的关系。为了克服它们，人们有各种各样的方法，有的人读书，有的人运动有的人喝酒有的人玩游戏。在我看来，我喜欢用不同的方法去处理不同的压力。

First, the stress from work and school maybe the most common stress. In this situation, I like to listen to music, especially some inspiring music. When I appreciate it, I can forget those unhappy things and let my head sober. After listening to those inspiring music, I feel that I am full of power overcoming difficulities.

Nowdays,with the development of whole society,finding a job, going on studying or going abroad raise a big controversy.Different people hold different opinions.In my opinion. I’d like to finding a job rather than going on studying or going abroad.I will find a job after my graduation,because I want to get independent as soon as possible.I prefer to imprve myself in the real society.

现在，随着整个社会的发展，找工作、继续学习还是出国，引起了很大的争议。不同的人持不同的观点。从我的角度来看，我想找份工作而不是继续学习或出国。毕业后我会找一份工作，因为我想尽快获得独立，我更愿意在现实社会中成长。
