Thirdly, they ‘ve found out a truth while reading, which is the right attitude towar ds money, and I believe this idea is deep in their mind after learning this lesson. In the reading procedures, I need to mention several teaching techniques I adopted. The first one is the video I used. It gives students a clear and vivid understanding of how money can help peopl e, at the same time, it arouses students’ interest in this lesson. The drawback is the questions I aske d according to the video are a bit difficult for most students to answer. The second one is the discu ssion after reading. I gave students three options. My intention is for students to choose the second one. But the result is most students choose the third one. Clearly students have their own thoughts , which is good and worth encouraging, and it reminds me that I should prepare the unexpected an d welcome and accept the unexpected, and I should prepare the lesson and the students more caref ully.。
