一、专业基本信息
二、培养目标及特色
培养目标：
法学类专业人才培养要坚持立德树人、德法兼修,适应建设中国特色社会主义法治体系，建设社会主义法治国家的实际需要。培养德才兼备，具有扎实的专业理论基础和熟练的职业技能、合理的知识结构，具备依法执政、科学立法、依法行政、公正司法、高效高质量法律服务能力与创新创业能力，熟悉和坚持中国特色社会主义法治体系的复合型、应用型、创新型法治人才及后备力量。
适应国家经济与社会发展需要，培养服务首都、面向全国，掌握法律方法和技术，熟悉法律和政策、法规，具有相关建筑和法律知识背景，培养掌握城乡建设、管理与服务基本能力的应用型法学本科人才。毕业后能在城乡管理与服务、行政和司法系统、法律服务机构及建设企业等从事相关法律服务工作。
专业特色：
依托我校学科优势，理论教学和综合实践紧密结合，本专业学生主要学习法学的基本理论，接受法律思维和法律实务的基本训练，突出实践性、应用性特点，在法学专业主干课程基础上开设工程法与国际工程法等专业方向课程，形成建设法律专业特色。

法理学、宪法、中国法律史、民法、刑法、民事诉讼法、刑事诉讼法、国际法、行政法与行政诉讼法、法律职业伦理；
2．主干专业课程
经济法、知识产权法、合同法、商法、劳动与社会保障法、证据法、国际经济法、工程法、房地产法、建设工程合同、物业管理法；
五、主要实践教学环节
模拟法庭比赛、社会实践、专业实训、专业实习、毕业论文
六、毕业学分要求
参照XX大学本科学生学业修读管理规定及学士学位授予细则，修满本专业最低计划学分应达到163学分，其中理论课程122学分，实践教学环节41学分。

II. Educational Objectives and Features
Objectives: Combining with excellent legal talents training plan, this program is to cultivate applied law talents to the needs of state economy and social development, who serve Beijing and the whole nation, have a background of construction economy and legal knowledge, and also possess the basic ability of urban and rural construction and management and service. The students mainly study the basic principles of law, accept basic training of law thinking and legal practice, grasp law method and skills and be familiar with laws, policies and regulations so that they are able to do such relative lawful service work as urban and rural management and service as well as administration in judicial system, legal service organizations and construction enterprises.
Features: With the advantages of the disciplines of the University, this program features combining theory teaching and comprehensive practice, highlighting the practice and application to cultivate their practical ability of law. Beside, based on the main course of law, some branch courses of construction economy and management are set up, featuring a specialty of economic law.

VI. Graduation Requirements
In accordance with "Management Regulations for the Undergraduate Students of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture" and "Bachelor's Degree Awarding Regulations", the minimum credits required by specialty for graduate is 163, including 122 credits of theoretical courses and 41 credits of practice teaching.

二、培养目标及特色
培养目标：
培养具有德、智、体全面发展，具有良好社会工作职业伦理道德，掌握社会工作专业理论及知识技能，能面向老年、妇女、儿童、青少年、残疾人等社会群体提供专业服务，能在政府部门、学校、社区、医院、司法部门、企业、农村、基金会及各类公益社会组织、各类社会福利机构等领域从事社会保障、社会政策研究、社会行政管理、社区发展与管理、社会服务、评估与操作等工作的高级专门人才。
专业特色：
本专业注重对学生社会工作理论与方法的基础训练，注重社会工作实务能力的培养，重视培养学生专业助人的方法和技巧。依托首都城市社会发展和学校学科优势，以“社区规划、社区营造、社区建设”为学科方向，注重理论和实务密切结合，培养服务首都、服务城乡社会建设的社会工作专业人才。
