我国货运代理业向第三方物流转型的战略研究

【内容摘要】

自我国加入WTO后，国内货运代理公司既有前所未有的机遇，也面临残酷的

市场竞争。物流业是进出口贸易的一个重要组成部分。当今我国，尤其是我国东

南沿海那些港口贸易日益发达的城市，货代企业如雨后春笋般兴起,但无论从其

组织结构,操作流程还是管理方法上都存在一定的问题,并没有实现物流的整合。

随着港口贸易的迅猛发展，货代业面临的一系列问题的解决也迫在眉睫。

发展第三方物流是货运代理企业的出路。货运代理业向第三方物流转型能为

客户提供以合同为约束，以结盟为基础的系统化、个性化、信息化的代理服务，

这是物流服务向专业化、集中化方向发展的结果，它与传统货运企业的本质区别,

在于其利润基础是资源整合和管理创新创造的新价值。转型后的货运代理行业将

充分利用入世这一良好契机，借鉴和吸收国外发展第三方物流服务的先进经验，

以更好地服务于我国港口进出口贸易的发展。

本篇论文将基于上述背景，详细阐述我国货运代理行业的发展、现状、存在

的问题，并对如何解决这一系列问题结合国内外专家的建议并谈谈自己的看法，

以及对这一行业的前景展望。

The research of the Chinese Freight Forwarder turn around to the 3PL

ABSTRACT

Since China accession to the WTO, domestic freight forwarders both unprecedented opportunities and facing brutal competition in the market. Logistics is an important part of the import and export trade. Nowadays ,

particularly the inshore cities of our southeast country are flourishing

on trading, freight forwarders quickly rise. But there are still have some

problems both in the structural organization and management. They should

be solved at once.

To develop the third party logistics is the exit of the freight

forwarders. It will provide to contract as control the customer, based

on an alliance with the systematic, personalized, information service

agent. This is the result that logistics service turns to be specialized,

centralized . It’s the different from traditional. Its profit is based

on the integration resources and management and it creates new value.

After the transition, the freight forwarders will make full use of the

good opportunity of WTO ,in order to better serve our country’s import

and export trade, learn and absorb other country’s third-party logistics

services ,and the development of the advanced experience.
