仓储货架术语1货架类别术语 1.1 托盘式货架pallet racking 由柱片、横梁等构件组成，也称货位式货架或横梁式货架，主要用于存放托盘式装载单元。见图1。 1.2 搁板货架duty racking 1.3 具有层板的货架。货物存放在层板上。层板有钢层板和木层板两种。 轻型搁板货架light duty racking 由立柱、层板等构件组成，单元货架通常每层承载不大于150kg，总承载一般不大于2000kg。见图2。 中型搁板货架medium duty racking 由立柱、横梁(或中托、顶托)、层板等构件组成，单元货架通常每层承载大于150～500kg,总承载一般不大于5000kg。见图3。 重型搁板货架heavy duty racking 由立柱、横梁、层板等构件组成，单元货架通常每层承载大于500～1500kg。见图4。 1.4 贯通式货架drive-in racking 由立柱、悬撑、支撑梁、拉杆、顶梁等构件组成。特点是等空间内储存装载单元货位数多，工作方式是叉车直接驶入通道进行存取作业的货架系统。又称驶入式货架。见图5。
1.5 悬臂式货架cantilever racking 由立柱(或柱片)、悬臂、拉杆、底座等构件组成，用于储存长形物料的货架。见图6。 1.6 重力式货架live pallet racking 一种密集存储单元物品的货架系统。在货架每层的通道上，都安装有一定坡度的、带有轨道的导轨，入库的单元物品在重力的作用下，由入库端流向出库端。 1.7 压入式货架push-back racking 把装有装载单元的小车，从出入口沿轨道依次压入货架后部；取货时在重力的作用下，小车沿轨道下滑，再依次取出装载单元。也称后推式货架。货物存取方式：先进后出。见图8。 1.8 移动式货架mobile racking 可在轨道上移动的货架。见图9。 1.9 阁楼式货架Mezzanine Floors 由立柱、横梁、钢层板、楼面梁、楼面板、护栏、楼梯等构件组成的多层储存货物的货架。见图10。 1.10 平台式货架mezzanine floor 由立柱、主梁、次梁、楼面板、护栏、楼梯、滑梯、上下货推拉门等构件组成的多层储存货物的货架。 1.11 流利式货架rolling racking 由立柱、横梁、侧梁、流利条、分隔板（杆）等构件组成，小型周转箱、零件盒、纸箱等靠自重沿流利条下滑的货架。货物存取方式：
