1.用百格刀在涂层表面用力画下100片小方格Use Cross-cut tester to draw 100 panes on coating surface;

2.将3M 胶带牢固地粘在方格上，然后迅速拉起3M 胶带，通过检测方格上涂层脱落的面积来做判定涂层附着力

Adhere panes firmly with 3M tape,then pull apart tape quickly,inspect painting quality by checking how much coating is flaked off on panes area and get the results 3.用膜厚仪检测涂层厚度

技术要求 Technical requirements 1.5B 级：百格边缘基本完好，没有涂层从

方格脱落

5B Classes:The edges of the cuts are

completely smooth,no coating was flaked off from panes

2.4B 级：切口的相交处有小片剥落，划格区内实际破损≤5%

4B Classes: Only small flakes of the coating at the intersectons of the cross-cut area ,no more than 5% is affected.3.4B 级以下不可接受

Classes lower than 4B are not acceptable 4.喷粉厚度要求最小80μm
