2.Installation

2.1General principle

GM8802F weighing transmitter use 220V 50Hz to have end that protect exchange the power.If not,need another one to ensure using safely and reliably.

Because the input signal of the sensor is a analog signal,it is more sensitive to electronic noise,so this signal transmission should adopt the shielding cable ,and should separate its from other cables to lay ,should not tie up it together.The signal cable should be far away from exchanging the power.Notice:Don't receive the instrument ground wire on other equipment directly.

2.2Connection of the sensor

3.Operation of data input

In the course of calibration and working parameter setting up,need to do the data input,the concrete operation is as follows:

When the instrument shows that glimmers in the location to glimmer,

4.Calibration

Use GM8802F instrument for the first time ,weigh wanton part of system change to some extent and equipment setting up parameter can meet user when the instructions for use at present,should adjust to the instrument ,the concrete operation instructions is as follows:

6.Operation

When the instrument gets on power,it examines by oneself at first ,the buzzer rings,the showing window mainly show and pair show flashes 8,the state indicator lamp of the instrument glimmers at the same time.After examining and passing,the instrument goes into the normal working state,mainly show is the present weight value.When the weight value at present of the instrument changes the range in 0±1/4d,the LED 【ZERO 】is on;When it changes in the steady range,the LED 【STAB 】is on;

压力和差压变送器详细使用说明 (一)差压变送器原理与使用 本节根据实际使用中的差压变送器主要介绍电容式差压变送器。 1. 差压变送器原理 压力和差压变送器作为过程控制系统的检测变换部分,将液体、气体或蒸汽的差压(压力)、流量、液位等工艺参数转换成统一的标准信号(如DC4mA~20mA 电流),作为显示仪表、运算器和调节器的输入信号,以实现生产过程的连续检测和自动控制。 差动电容式压力变送器由测量部分和转换放大电路组成,如图1.1所示。 图1.1 测量转换电路 图1.2 差动电容结构 差动电容式压力变送器的测量部分常采用差动电容结构,如图1.2所示。中心可动极板与两侧固定极板构成两个平面型电容H C和L C。可动极板与两侧固定极板形成两个感压腔室,介质压力是通过两个腔室中的填充液作用到中心可动极板。一般采用硅油等理想液体作为填充液,被测介质大多为气体或液体。隔离膜片的作用既传递压力,又避免电容极板受损。

当正负压力(差压)由正负压导压口加到膜盒两边的隔离膜片上时,通过腔室内硅油液体传递到中心测量膜片上,中心感压膜片产生位移,使可动极板和左右两个极板之间的间距不相对,形成差动电容,若不考虑边缘电场影响,该差动电容可看作平板电容。差动电容的相对变化值与被测压力成正比,与填充液的介电常数无关,从原理上消除了介电常数的变化给测量带来的误差。 2. 变送器的使用 (1)表压压力变送器的方向 低压侧压力口(大气压参考端)位于表压压力变送器的脖颈处,在电子外壳的后面。此压力口的通道位于外壳和压力传感器之间,在变送器上360°环绕。保持通道的畅通,包括但不限于由于安装变送器时产生的喷漆,灰尘和润滑脂,以至于保证过程通畅。图1.3为低压侧压力口。 图1.3 低压侧压力口 (2)电气接线 ①拆下标记“FIELD TERMINALS”电子外壳。 ②将正极导线接到“PWR/COMN”接线端子上,负极导线接到“-”接线端子上。注意不得将带电信号线与测试端子(test)相连,因通电将损坏测试线路中的测试二极管。应使用屏蔽的双绞线以获得最佳的测量效果,为了保证正确通讯,应使用24AWG或更高的电缆线。 ③用导管塞将变送器壳体上未使用的导管接口密封。 ④重新拧上表盖。 (3)电子室旋转 电子室可以旋转以便数字显示位于最好的观察位置。旋转时,先松开壳体旋转固定螺钉。 3. 投运和零点校验

1.产品概述 称重给料机(俗称定量皮带给料机)是一种连续称量给料设备,用于固体物料的定量输送。能自动按照预定的程序,依据设定给料量,自动调节皮带转速,使物料流量等于设定值,以恒定的给料速率连续不断的输送散状物料,可用于需要连续给料的配料场合,在国内外电力煤炭、冶金、矿山、建材、化工、轻工、港口等行业得到广泛应用。 2.型号表示: 3.基本构成 称重给料机主要有机械部分、传感器、电气仪表部分组成。 3.1.机械部分: 机械部分由机架、传动装置、传动辊筒、称量装置、防偏纠偏装置、梨形清扫器、头部清扫器、托辊、皮带、卸料罩、料斗、底座、标定棒等组合而成。它是定量称重物料的承载及输送机构。 3.2.传感器: 称重给料机有称重、测速两种传感器。 1、称重传感器 称重传感器将称重辊承受的负荷转换为电信号,提供给称重仪表作进一步处理。称重给料机采用本公司生产的MTB系列称重传感器,传感器容量规格、数量根据称重给料机结构形式,称重范围配置。 2、测速传感器 测速传感器将物料的运作速度转换成脉冲信号,从而控制称重仪表的采样频率。称重给料机选用光电脉冲式测速传感器.

3.3.电气仪表部分 电气仪表部分对传感器或变送器输出信号进行处理;显示被称物料物体的计量结果;并可输出模拟或数字电信号,从而实现所需的自动控制。 4.结构特点 1、皮带更换容易。只要张紧装置松开皮带,移动一侧支架,就可取下皮带更换。 2、减速电机采用空心轴直接套装于主动轴上,密封性好,结构紧凑,安装方便, 使用可靠。 3、主被动辊采用带座轴承安装,安装调整灵活方便。 4、计量精度受皮带影响小。由于有皮带自动张紧装置,张力基本恒定,称重时 称重传感器最大位移量仅0.2mm,所以皮带张力对计量精度的影响可忽略不计。 5、自动纠偏装置,皮带自动跟随,不产生跑偏和隆起现象。 6、对于不同物料和不同工艺要求,采用不同的给料料斗,并有挡料板和配套的 卸料溜子。 7、梨形清扫器、胶带清扫器及时清除夹离物,皮带不会因粘附物料而引起皮重 变化,影响称量精度,同时可避免皮带损伤。 8、配有标定挂码支架,可随时对计量精度进行校验。 5.技术参数 给料精度:±0.5% 给料流量:0.5-500t/h(具体给料流量见设备标牌) 使用环境温度:-10℃至+40℃ 使用主电源:380VAC±10% 50HZ±2% 使用仪表电源:24VDC±10% Max1A 6.工作原理 6.1.计量原理 物料通过称量段平台将负荷加载至称重辊上,称重辊又将作用力传输给称重传感器,称重传感器输出电压通过放大传输给称重仪表微处理器,微处理器通过一系列计算得出有关的物料实际给料量、物料的累计量等数值。

一、概述: 本压力变送器是依据《JJG882-2004中华人民共和国国家计量检定规程--压力变送器》,同时以《JB/中华人民共和国机械行业标准DDZ-ZZZ系列电动单元组合仪表力单元平衡式变送器》为产品标准以Ⅲ型电动组合仪表的变送单元,可广泛应用于测量工业领域液体、气体的压力,把被测压力参数值转换成4~20mA标准信号,可与多种仪表相配套。因而可广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、电站、锅炉、轻工等许多部门。 二、工作原理与特点 1、本变送器的传感元件是扩散硅力敏器件。这种器件是利用集成电路工艺,在晶体硅片上制成敏感压阻,组成惠斯登电桥,作为力电转换的敏感器件。当受到外力作用时,电桥失去平衡。当给桥路加一恒流激励电源时,可以将压力信号线性地转换成毫伏级电压信号,经放大转换变成4~20mA标准信号输出,便于远距离传送。 2、由于本送器采用了扩散硅式力敏器件,使其体积和重量大大减小。不仅外型美观、结构简单,而且各项技术性能稳定可靠,所以安装和维护特别方便,无需现场调试。输出的标准电流信号,实现远距离传输便于用户便用。因此,本变送器是过程控制中的理想仪表。 三、技术指标: 1.量程:0~;0~; 0~60MPa。 2.基本误差:≤% 3.反映时间:<500mS 4.电源:24VDC±5% 5.输出:4~20mADC 6.负载电阻:≤350Ω 7.被测介质温度:-10~60℃ 8.重量:约㎏ 1

如何测量梁式称重传感器好坏 用万用表什么样测量梁式称重传感器的好坏? 首先测量一下传感器输入端及输出端的电阻值,如果有此传感器的合格证的话,与合格证中标明的电阻做对比,如测得的数值超出标准范围, 说明此传感器有问题。目前常用的传感器阻值为两种: 一种是低阻的,输入端为:400Ω±20Ω,输出端为:350Ω±5Ω; 一种是高阻的,输入端为:800Ω±20Ω,输出端为:700Ω±5Ω; 另外还可以测量一下传感器的输出信号,用数字万用表的MV电压档,将传感器的输入端加上10VDC,然后测一下传感器的输出端电压,此电压值=10V X 传感器灵敏度X 传 感器的受力值/传感器量程值;如果测量出的数值与计算出的数值相差较大,说明此传感器已损坏 称重传感器本身输出的是毫伏信号 4~20毫安指的是电流信号经过放大的 供电一般都是24V交流的电源 怎么用万用表判断称重传感器的输出与输入的四根线 还有正负 称重传感器输出电阻一般为350、480、700、1000欧姆,输入端一般会进行一些温度、灵敏度的补偿,因此输入端电阻会比输出端高20~100欧姆,因此用万用表量一下电阻 值可以判断出来。一般习惯输入和输出颜色为红黑绿白:红白绿兰等分标表示V+、V-、S+、S-。 一称重传感器上标有EXC+ EXC- SIG+SIG- 我想知道哪两个代表电源哪两个代表信号 2011-1-13 02:33 一般都6根线。 E当然是电源,10V。 SIG是反馈回去的MV称重信号。 还有两路是电源E的现场电压返回值(比10V略小,因为线损)。单片机运算的时候按照这个计算,有的工程图省事就在显示仪后边与E相短。也是可以的。 称重传感器的接线方法时间:称重传感器的出线方式有4线和6线两种,模块或称重变送器的接线也有4线和6线两种,要接4线还是6线首先要看你的硬件要求是怎样的,原则是:传感器能接6线的不接4线,必须接4线的就要进行短接。 一般的称重传感器都是六线制的,当接成四线制时,电源线(EXC-,EXC+)与反馈线(SEN-,SEN+)就分别短接了。SEN+和SEN-是补偿线路电阻用的。SEN+和EXC+是通路的,SEN-和 EXC-是通路的。(激励:EXC+,EXC-,反馈: SENS+,SENS-信号:SIG+,SIG-) EXC+和EXC-是给称重传感器供电的,但是由于称重模块和传感器之间的线路损耗,实际上传感器接收到的电压会小于供电电压。每个称重传感器都有一个mV/V的特性,它输出 的mV信号与接收到的电压密切相关,SENS+和SENS-实际上是称重传感器内的一个高阻抗回路,可 以将称重模块实际接收到的电压反馈给称重模块。假设EXC+和EXC-为10V,线路损耗,传感器2mV/V,实际上传感器输出最大信号为()*2=19mV,而不是20mV。此时称重传感器内部
