24m 层间距下煤层工作面矿压显现规律实测分析

[摘 要] 基于南阳坡煤矿24m 层间距多煤层开采现状,以8807综放工作面为研究对象,分析受到上覆3号煤层开采影响的工作面矿压显现规律三研究结果表明:8807综放工作面基本顶周期来压步距最小为5m ,最大为23.7m ,平均为12.7m ;基本顶周期来压最大动载系数为1.71,最小为1,平均动载系数为1.27;各支架工作阻力分布基本符合正态分布,大部分处于7000~12000kN ;工作面中部初撑力明显大于上部和下部的初撑力,整个工作面初撑力平均为6401kN ,约为支架额定初撑力的63.4%;各支架前后柱受力比较均匀,差别较小,前柱受力平均28.67MPa ,后柱平均25.68MPa ,液压支架总体适应性较好三

Practical Analysis of Working Face Mine Pressure Behavior with 24m Seam Spacing

Abstract :Based on mining current situation of multiply coal seam with interlayer spacing 24m of Nanyangpo coal mine,it taking 8807fully mechanized top coal mining working face as studying object,and then working face mining pressure behavior under mining influ-ence by 3#coal seam above.The results showed that the minimum and maximum periodic pressure distance of the main roof were 5m and 23.7m,respectively,and average value was 12.7m.And also the largest and smallest dynamic factors were 1.71and 1,respec-tively,average value was 1.27.Working resistance distribution of all both support conform to normal distribution,most of them were 7000~12000kN,support setting load in the middle part of working face obviously more than upper and lower,average setting load of all working face was 6401kN,about 63.4%of the specified setting load of support,stress at front and back columns were all balance,the average value of front and back columns were 28.67MPa and 25.68MPa,respectively,total adaption of hydraulic support was good.

煤层群开采涉及的研究内容较多,包括上下行开采的合理选择,层间距和层间岩性对工作面设计及设备选型的影响,不同层间距二不同赋存状况和开采条件(煤柱下开采二采空区下开采)对下部煤层工作面的矿压显现规律影响较大三目前,采矿研究人员利用理论分析[1]二数值模拟[2-5]二相似模拟[6-7]和现场实测[8]等多种手段分析了煤层群开采条件下的覆岩破断运移特征和矿压显现规律三朔州煤电矿区主采石炭系煤层群3号二5号和

8号煤层的矿井较多,研究此区域多煤层开采矿压显现规律较少,本文基于现场监测,依托南阳坡煤矿8807综放工作面,分析距上部已采3号煤层24m 的5号煤层综放工作面矿压显现规律三

1 8807综放工作面概况

南阳坡煤矿8807综放工作面地面标高1428~

1480m,平均1454m三8807工作面位于408盘区东部,北部是408盘区巷道,西部为8805工作面,

东部为矿界实煤区,南部为早期掘进的盘区巷三开采5号煤层,工作面标高1128~1258m,平均1193m,埋深170~352m,平均261m三工作面可推进走向长度1300m,倾向长度180m,倾角平均3?,

煤层结构复杂,夹有3~7层炭质泥岩,厚度在0.05~0.94m 左右,煤层总厚度10.79~14m,平均12.3m三工作面设计采高3.6m,放煤高度8.7m,采放比1?2.42三
