Importance of culture in business

Culture plays an important role in business.There are different ways about arrangement of the seat, the greetings and negotiations in different cultures.

As is known to all, at the meeting,the status of the different people will be arranged to the corresponding seat.People meet each other

have many different ways of greeting.For example, some culture use handshaking, and some culture greet by kiss face each other.During

the negotiation, there are also vast culture differences in what considered appropriate language, communication style and body language. For instance, some culture nod as it is right what the person has said, and agree him ,but other culture nod only for 'yes''. Maybe,if a businessman doesn't

know about his partner's culture ,he will be misunderstood and end the business relationship. Hence, we should be awareness of different culture in business.
