As we know, there are so many precious things such as time、health、true love and wisdom that we can't buy with money. That`s what we're made of, though there is no on e can tell how much do they cost. As the saying goes” An inch of gold will not buy an inch of time”.Because of this, We need to cherish something better than money.

Nowadays more and more people have realized smoking can do harm to people's hea lth. However, some people still enjoy smoking. Why? Because some of them think it is a kind of fashion, some think it is of GREat fun and others, think that smoking can refres h themselves.

In fact, smoking is a bad habit. It can cause a lot of diseases. Meanwhile smoking is a waste of money. Besides, careless smokers may cause dangerous fires.

Smoking is harmful and it is not only bad for smokers themselves, but also bad for non-smokers.

Therefore, I hope all the smokers can give up smoking for themselves and also for t he people around them.

Health and wealth. What can be more valuable in our lives than our health? A well known proverb: "Health is Wealth"- perfectly describes the significance of health. All of u s met ill people. Did they look happy? Probably, not, since the disease did not let them r elax and feel them happy.you can be absolutely sure that these people are ready to give a ll their money away just to be healthy.

Health is wealth. Such is a simple sentence but its sense and meaning is so tremend ous and deep. Through the years, in all societies around the world, health has become sy nonymous and equivalent to the value of wealth.

I'd like to make full use of my spare time. Usually I would do three things in my s pare time, reading, playing basketball, and serfing the Interet, which are three of my deep est passions.

Reading is one of my favorite ways to my spare time. However I don't like reading books at home. I prefer to read them in the library. We have a community library down the street. It's small but has a huge collection of books. I would go there on weekend aft ernoons checking what's new in the library and sitting in the reading room to read some of the best magazines and newspapers around the world. The warm and sweet afternoon s unshine accompanied by the smell of books,reading has certainly become one of the best ways for me to spend my spare time.

Advantages and Disadvantages of the Mobile Phone

With the rapid economic development, the mobile phone has found its way into campus es and a host of students take advantage of this wonderful gadget to communicate with each other. This phenomenon gives rise to this question: What are the advantages and disadvanta ges of the mobile phone?

It is widely believed that it greatly facilitates students’ campus life. Many instances could be found to support this type of opinion. A graduating student in our university bou ght a mobile phone in the course of hunting for his job. He told me that through the mobile phone he could easily keep in touch with the employer ofthe company he intends to work with and would not miss any opportunities.

However, everything has both positive and negative facets. The mobile phone also has many disadvantages. For instance, the ringing of the mobile phone often disturbs the teacher’s teaching and othe r students’ learning.

Personally, the advantages of the mobile phone outweigh the disadvantages ofit as long as we don’t interfere with o thers while using it.
