a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. i hope you will like it , and found the

importance in your youth so that more cherish it. first i want to ask you some questions:

1、do you know what is youth?

the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living .

in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as

it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courag can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air.

yes, yes, yes, it’s a new day, it’s a different day, and it’s a bright day! and most importantly, it is a new beginning for your life, a beginning where you are going to make new desicisions, take new actions, make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented level! in your

mind’s eye, you can see clearly the things you want to have, the paces you intend

to go, the relationships you desire to develop, and the positions you aspire to reach. you can hear your laughters of joy and happiness on the day when everything

happens as you dream.

you can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment strikes. you can feel your face is getting red, your heart is beating fast, and your blood is rushing all over your body, to every single corner of your being!

you know all this is real as long as you are confident,passionate and you will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facial expressions,

using your body in new ways,approaching new people, and asking new questions. you will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take.

you will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. you will never succumb to challenges of hardships. you will never

waver in your pursuit of excellence. after all,you are the best, and you deserve the best! as your coach and friend, i can assure you the door to all the best things in

the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. you must do your part, you must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan, you must never quit, you must never fear. i know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed! now stand firm and tall, make a fist, get excited, and yell it out: i must do

life. so we must face failure. in fact, failure is not fearful, but important thing is how to face it correctly. facing failure, people will never

not being courageous to face setbacks, people have no chance to enjoy the pleasure

of success. so they have nothing to do but feel sad and empty all day and all night. in fact, they lose the chance of success themselves. my

friend, whenever in trouble, please remember, failure is the mother of success.

虽然辛苦，可是工作让你认识到女人不仅会做家务，还有赛过男儿铮铮铁骨的秉性，它让你

感受到女人的价值，让你赢得须眉大汉的真心佩服，乐趣自在其中。

现代社会,很多人评价说女人虚荣、现实！可都是如此吗？远了不敢说，以我们身边为例，

我们在座的大多数女性朋友都是一毕业就回到这来工作的。在我们这座小县城里没有五彩眩

目的霓虹灯，没有装潢华丽的购物场所，没有人头攒动的热闹，更没有灯红酒绿的浮华。有

的只是女儿对家乡的一份热爱，对故土的一份牵挂，对爱我的人和我爱的人的一份报答。六

年前我怀着欣喜和憧憬成为了一名教师，那时候对这个职业，我有很多的期待和喜欢；然几

当然也有部分女性朋友因为挫折和困难而不停抱怨命运的不公，不能从实现自我价值中得到快乐，而是期望嫁一个好老公，依我而言，女性朋友们我们要肯定自己、实现自我的人生价值，我们就必须把挫折和困难看做测试我们女性耐心和柔性的试金石，让它磨砺出我们的聪慧，让它积累出我们人生的厚实。大家应该都看过中国达人秀！令我特别感动并影响深刻的是一位母亲，这位母亲的孩子一出生医生就告知她，她的孩子患有先天性智障并且没有平衡感，没有治疗的价值，建议放弃他，但是这位坚强的妈妈没有放弃他的孩子，她用一双细腻柔弱的手，创造了一个医学的奇迹。到他的孩子7岁的时候，这位坚强的母亲终于等来了期盼已久的那声妈妈。

现在她的儿子不仅会说话，能走路，还能为大家在舞台上表演武术，在场观众给予了这位母亲热烈的掌声及诚挚的敬意。她不过是一位极普通的乡村女子，既没有英雄般的业绩，也没有光荣的证书；有的就是女性特有的坚强与决心。她实现了自己的人生价值，照顾儿子使她找到了快乐，并在苦难中成就了儿子的梦想。当然也正是因为她普通、平凡，使我自然的联想到了生活在我们周围的无数个她；联想到当代女性的精神风貌。所以我最亲爱的姐妹们，我们要实践那句“女人也是半边天”的真言，我们就不能轻易地向困难低头。
