武汉大学经济与管理学院学术期刊分级方案

中文期刊

期刊分三类：第一类为奖励期刊；第二类为重要期刊；第三类为核心期刊。

一、奖励期刊

（一）按一级学科认定的奖励期刊

每个一级学科认定2种中文奖励期刊，原则上为各学科排位前列的期刊。我院共有四个一级学科，奖励期刊为：

经济研究、世界经济

中国工业经济、金融研究

管理世界、南开管理评论

管理科学学报、系统工程理论与实践

（二）学校认定的奖励期刊

武汉大学社会科学研究院所颁布的社科奖励中文期刊（武汉大学1998〈33〉号文件），期刊见附件1。

二、重要期刊

（一）按二级学科认定的重要期刊

原则上每个二级学科认定1种重要期刊，为本学科在CSSCI期刊目录中排位最前的期刊；管理学科的期刊综合性较强，其认定还依据

国家自科基金委管理科学认定的重要学术期刊（已经有奖励期刊的二级学科不再认定重要期刊）。

我院共有4个一级学科33个二级学科和方向，确定31个期刊为二级学科重要期刊，目录如下：

（一）CSSCI收录期刊

CSSCI收录期刊根据最新目录适时调整，职称评定的CSSCI刊源包括论文见刊时上一年度CSSCI或发表论文当年CSSCI来源期刊和学术集刊。

（二）被人大报刊复印资料中心期刊全文转载的论文

英文期刊

英文期刊总体分A、A-、B+、B、B-、C六类，其中，B以上(含)等同中文奖励期刊；B-类等同中文重要期刊；C类等同中文核心期刊。

1. A和A-类期刊为学科内公认的第一梯队期刊，Univ. Texas at Dallas 的24本顶级期刊均为A及A-类；

2. B+及B类期刊为各系所经讨论得到的该学科方向在国际上公认的重要期刊，Financial Times 的45本经管类期刊基本包含在B及以上；

3．B- 类期刊认定不具体细分到各专业，范围包括（B类及以上杂志除外）：JCR数据库中Economics、Finance、Business和Management 学科5年影响因子≥的SSCI期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。

4．C类期刊认定不细分至专业，范围包括（B-类及以上杂志除外）：JCR数据库中Economics、Finance、Business和Management学科5年影响因子≥的SSCI期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。

5. 为鼓励教师的交叉研究，相关学科期刊认定标准为：

JCR数据库中除Economics、Finance、Business和Management 以外的学科5年影响因子≥2的SSCI期刊，视为B类及以上的奖励期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。；

JCR数据库中除Economics、Finance、Business和Management 以外的学科5年影响因子≥1但<2的SSCI期刊，视为B-类的重要期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。

JCR数据库中除Economics、Finance、Business和Management 以外的学科5年影响因子≥但<1的SSCI期刊，视为C类期刊（不足5年者，按照最近1年的影响因子计算）。

2．在上述中文报纸上发表的论文必须在2000字以上。

3．被《新华文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘》转载的论文，被转载字数必须在3000字以上。

4．论文如属合著，本人应为第一作者；或自己指导的学生为第一作者、本人为第二作者，或是联系通讯作者；如第一作者和通讯作者均为本校教师，则一项成果只能认定一次（通讯作者优先，除非两人书面同意其他认定安排）。如果期刊的作者排序是按照字母顺序，而不是按照贡献大小时，在职称评定时，按照2/（n+1）的公式计算，在奖励时，按照2/（n+1）乘以奖励金额计算（仅限英文期刊）。

5. 上述所列未及期刊，可由申请者提交学院学位评定委员会申请认

定。

6. 本方案有效期为2014年1月1日至2017年6月30日。
