开展竞赛，获胜者总是能够得到奖励。所得到的奖品只是一张小贴纸，孩子们的学习积极性很高，得到奖品成为他们上英语课的期盼。在这种期盼之中，他们愉快地掌握了基本的英语知识，提高了技能。针对不同孩子的个性特点，我设计不同的竞赛活动。例如，英语基础好，学习能力强的学生可以两两PK，比赛激烈，观众们也很投入;胆子小的学生可以参与到以组为单位的比赛，他们轻松地参与竞赛而不会怯场，每一个孩子都有机会展示自己、锻炼自己，从而消除学习的旁观者。就2、利用优质资源，加强家校合作通过家校通短信平台，我经常可以即使地告诉家长英语教学情况及孩子们的学习状况。同时，家长们反馈的信息我也能即使收到，信息畅通有助于双方全面了解孩子们的学习状况，帮助他们养成良好的学习习惯。例如，本学期，我布置孩子们每天听英语10-15分钟，通过家校通，家长们很快就了解了我的要求，配合得相当好。一个学期下来，效果是显著的，孩子们的语音、语调越来越好。利用教师博客，我和家长们的交流越来越多，我们经常共同探讨有利于孩子们英语学习的良策。交流促进了解，了解加强合作，这是我对利用优质资源最大的感触。
