5)make packing list and proformal invoice and balance payment for the factory.

6)take memorandum for the order.

supplier evaluation process

1)check related registration documents, get contract methods.

2)check factory locations, machine quantity and staff numbers in the factory.

3)check sampling room and sampling quality.

4)check monthly garment output and the quality.

5)make records for the factory.

inspection process

1)check outlook of the garment, check fabric quality and stitchings.

2)check sizes according to the bulk size chart, take notes.

3)give suggestions to the factory about some defects you have found out.

4)emphasize the quality and delivery time to the factory.

5)give inspection reports and ask the factory to sign.
