摘要:为探究不同转子结构对无轴承永磁同步电动机电磁特性的影响,对2台表贴式与内置式无轴承永磁同步
电动机进行对比分析。2台无轴承永磁同步电动机的定子结构、
绕组通入的电流、相位、永磁体产生的气隙磁密完全相同。建立了2台电动机的有限元模型,对比分析了永磁磁链、反电动势、电感、转矩以及悬浮力等静态电
磁特性。有限元仿真结果表明:表贴式永磁同步电动机永磁体的用量较小,磁链谐波分量较少;内置式无轴承
永磁电动机能够产生较大的电感、转矩与悬浮力。

Abstract :In order to explore the influence of different rotor structure on the electromagnetic characteristics of the bear-
ingless permanent magnet synchronous motors (
BPM SM s ),a surface -mounted BPM SM and an interior BPM SM are compared.The surface -mounted and interior BPM SM s have the same stators ,winding currents and permanent magnet
air gap flux densities.The finite element models of the two BPM SM s are built.The static electromagnetic characteristics
are deduced ,including permanent magnet flux linkage ,back -EM F ,winding inductances ,static torque ,and radial sus-pension force.Finite element simulation results show that the amount of the permanent magnet in surface BPM SM s is
much smaller and it has less harmonic of permanent magnet flux linkage.The interior BPM SMgenerates greater induct-ance ,torque and suspension force.
