我时常这样告诫自己:既然选择了教师这一职业,就要把我的青春、我的热情、我的全部精力都献给它,这样,我才会问心无愧。

就凭着这种坚定的信念,我在自己的岗位上默默地奉献,辛勤地耕耘,把自己全部的精力都花在学生身上。教书育人是自己的职责,爱岗敬业是自己的本分。真正做到了情洒教坛终不悔,换来桃李满园香。下面我将从以下四个方面对自己近几年的班主任工作进行整理:

一、养成教育,常抓不懈

一年级学生由于年龄小,自控力较差,思想单纯,把老师视为神,老师说的话就是真理。因此,我从培养良好习惯入手,扎实有效地加强每个小学生的常规训练,训练内容包括课堂常规、集体出操常规、卫生常规,以及排队离校常规等,以夺星星的形式进行,每周进行一次评比,各方面都做得好的记一颗星,学期末给他发个小奖状,在他们眼里一个小小的奖状比一百元钱还珍贵。

我现在所担任的班级独生子女多,再加上大多学生的家境较好,学生中存在浪费现象,吃零食、浪费没用完的橡皮和本子等现象比比皆是,面对这种风气,我以极大的耐心和热情来对待我班学生,我专门利用班队课进行教育,给他们讲革命故事,谈谈面包是怎样来的,再联系汶川地震,谈谈灾区的小朋友需要什么?再讲某某母亲靠捡费纸等供孩子上大学的事。渐渐地,班级

中浪费现象少了许多,从此以后,教室的后面多了一个费纸箱,箱子里装着同学们在校园内捡来的费纸和塑料瓶。

二、用爱营造,温馨班级

作为一名教师,就必须爱学生。教师是育人的职业,育人的前提就是爱。我认为:每一位学生内心,都是一个丰富多彩的独特世界,培养学生健康成长,要从爱他们开始。

1、偏爱学困生。在班级管理中,我始终将自己的爱心倾注给每一位学生,尤其那些学困生,学困生需要更多的温暖。我总是精心营造一种平等、和谐、友爱的气氛,把博大的爱送到学困生的心里,让他们体验集体的温暖和同学的友谊,感受到自己在班上有一席之地。如安排座位,我坚持好中差的搭配,在班里进行一帮一活动。

对调皮的学生,我则寓爱于严,严中有爱。古人云:教也者,长善而救其失者也。我始终保持着一颗善良的心、宽容的心和持之以恒的心去对待周围的每一名学生。

一天放学后,我给一个叫娇娇的学困生补习功课,天已经黑了,我跟娇娇说:今天有点晚了,老师送你回家。我一直把他送到家门口。一次作文题目是《我的老师》,娇娇在文中写到,我感到了母亲般的爱,再不努力学习,对得起老师吗?从此以后,娇娇进步特别快,毕业会考,他的语文成绩由平时60多分提升到83分。

2、严爱优等生。优等生,谁都爱他们。也正因为如此,优等生的缺点往往容易被忽视、掩盖,被原谅、袒护。但小的缺点

也会造成大的隐患,对这类学生,我从不迁就他们,时时提醒他们做学问得先做人,做一个正直的人,热情的人,向上的人。心胸要宽广,心理要健康。警钟常鸣,才能克服自身的弱点,扬起风帆前进。

3、博爱中等生。中等生往往是一个班中容易忽略的群体,他们有比较稳定的心理状态,他们既不像优等生那样产生优越感,也不像后进生那样自暴自弃。他们是班集体的一面镜子,他们希望都重视他们,但又害怕抛头露面,对这种学生,我掌握他们的心理特点,调动他们的积极因素,正确对待他们,始终如一的尊重、理解、信任他们。

三、实施自我管理,培养管理能力

低年级学生相对好管一些,我鼓励班委大胆管理,时时鼓励他们管得好,并告诉他们当班委的责任和意义,中高年级我采用干部轮换制,让每个同学都当班干部锻炼一下,也体会管别人与被别人管的不同滋味,这样,当过班干部的同学或平时表现不好的同学,当上班干部也增强了动力,成绩提高了,小毛病也改掉了,这样不仅培养了自己的管理能力,也调动了每个学生的积极性,使每个学生都能在班级找到合适的位置,另外我在班上实行扣分评定制度,开学初每个学生都有60分,做好事、被老师表扬等加1分,反之则扣1分,看看谁的操行分最高,这些也由值周班委来完成。

四、转化差班从点滴小事做起

当班主任多年中,好多次都接到差班,我在做好以上几点工作外,我主要采取以下方法转化差班:

1、低起点,小步子。对于各方面都较差的班级,不要提过多或过高的要求,从实际出发,先提出一个要求,加强上课铃响迅速进教室,安安静静坐好等老师上课,这一要求做到后,提另一个小小的要求,这样下去,学生慢慢地克服了缺点,良好习惯逐渐养成;

2、实行一帮一、一盯一,要一名优等生帮助一名学困生。如学生负责督促、辅导差生,差生努力向好学生学习,整个班级你追我赶,学习风气有了较大改观,良好的班风逐渐形成。

3、每个学生找一个竞争对手。比学习、比纪律,这样竞争,优等生更优,学困生也不甘示弱,奋起直追,进步较快。我用这样的方法,在短时间内差班有了较大转变,健康向上的班集体逐步形成,期末成绩名列前茅。得到了教师和家长的认可,所教班级多次被评为先进班集体。

这些成绩我认为它不仅仅是一种荣誉和待遇,更多的是对自己工作的一种肯定和认可,它会激励着我在以后的工作中更加努力!

青春是美丽的。但一个人的青春可以平庸无奇;也可以绽放美丽的火花。可以因虚度而懊悔;也可以用结结实实的步子,走到辉煌壮丽的成年。弹指一挥间,11年过去了,我在班主任这块教育园地里辛勤地耕耘,默默地奉献着,取得了较好的工作成效,受到了学生的爱戴,家长的好评,领导的肯定和同事们的赞许。这使我真切地意识到:这个岗位,托起的是学生,奉献的是自己,培育的是栋梁。

初中生英语诗歌欣赏与教学的尝试 -----以Shel Silverstein的幻想绘本三部曲为例 浙江杭州外国语学校李力 [摘要]本文分析了英语诗歌教学在基础教育阶段不受重视的原因,并且以Shel Silverstein的三部作品为例,阐述了英语诗歌教学的意义和其必要性。选用合适的英语诗歌进行教学可以培养学生听、说、读、写、译各方面的能力;诗歌欣赏能够培养学生英语学习兴趣,提高学生的文化素养和语言运用能力。 [关键词]英语诗歌;听、说、读、写、译;欣赏 一、引言 诗歌是语言艺术的精华,它不仅语言凝练、韵律感强、意境优美,而且渗透了大量的英语语言文化内容和人文底蕴,是不可或缺的教学资源。英语新课程标准在课程目标总体描述和内容标准等多方面对中小学诗歌教学都做了阐述,提出了要求:如三级能辨认歌谣中的韵律,能背诵一定数量的英语小诗或歌谣;七级能够理解和欣赏一些经典的英语诗歌;八级了解诗歌的节奏和韵律等。 然而,英语诗歌作为一种很好的目标语学习资源在我国的基础英语教学中却没有得到应有的开发和利用。如在全国大部分学校使用的人教社初中英语教材Go for it(新目标)中,就几乎没有诗歌内容的出现。除了教材资源不丰富外,教师的认识也有待提高,有的老师或许会认为英语诗歌难懂,英语诗歌欣赏是大学文学课的任务,要中学生去欣赏英语诗歌未免有些勉为其难。另外评价和测试的不到位也影响了学生学习和老师教授的积极性。 笔者在教学中以美国作家Shel Silverstein的幻想三部曲,即Where the Sidewalk Ends (人行道的尽头),A Light in the Attic(阁楼上的光)和Falling Up (向上跌了一跤)为主要教学资料,尝试了英语诗歌欣赏的教学,取得了良好的效果。笔者认为在英语学习基础阶段选用合适、地道的英语诗歌进行教学,对于提高学生的听、说、读、写、译等语言技能起着积极的作用。它能激发学生对语言本身的兴趣和热爱,也能提高学生的文化素养和语言运用能力。 二、诗歌与英语教学 1. 用诗歌来进行听、说训练 语感是指透过语言形式对语义的直觉性理解,是对语言的自我感受和领悟能力,是一种理性的直觉。“熟读唐诗三百首,不会作诗也会吟”,是我国先人总结出来的一句很经典的学习经验,它揭示了诵读诗歌对语感形成的作用。诗歌是语言的精华,是语言的音乐,对任何语言教学(母语或外语)来说,都是一块不可多得的“熟读”和“背诵”的资源。 集诗人、漫画家、作曲家、歌手等于一身的Shel是享誉世界的艺术天才,他的这三本著作被公认为是美国儿童诗歌的经典之作。书中优美的语言再加上栩栩如生的漫画,不光让小孩着迷,就连大人们看过也会爱不释手。他的很多诗都配了曲,适合演唱,《人行道的尽头》同名唱片还获得过1984年格莱美奖。所以我经常挑选一些歌曲来作课前热身或课间放松,和学生们一起吟唱,创造学英语的氛围。 Shel 的作品与小孩子的生活紧密联系,容易引起他们的共鸣,如Homework Machine (作业机),Magical Eraser(魔术橡皮),Crazy Dream(怪梦)等;他也有很多作品充满了哲理,发人深思,如Little Boy and the Old Man(孩子和老人),No difference(都一样),A cat, a kid and a Mom(猫、孩子和妈妈)等。这些都是能够激发学生思维,可供学生来讨论的素材。欣赏完每首诗后,我通常都会叫学生用英语来谈谈自己对诗的理解和感想。同学们联系自己的

如何欣賞英詩? ("名家專欄"編輯部已經同意額外提供我的專欄四首詩的音檔空間讓讀者們可以聽到聲音,由於我目前短期將留在北京處理事情,能否請讀者稍微耐心等待一下,最遲8月中旬一定不會讓讀者們失望的,謝謝!) 前兩周介紹了兩首入門的英詩-"老虎之歌"和"星星之歌"之後,我才想到應當說明一些欣賞英詩的基本知識,以便有心的讀者可以自行練習體會,在此先為我的疏忽致歉。詩歌最基本的要素就是音樂和想象,中英詩皆然。音樂部分最主要的是節奏和押韻,我們先從節奏說起吧!相信大家都讀過中文詩,由於漢語是一字一音節,所以字數的規則就形成自然的節奏,譬如: 床前明月光 疑是地上霜 舉頭望明月 低頭思故鄉 這首李白的五言詩,每行5字,分3個音群(以空白隔開),每行3拍:前兩個音群每2字一拍,每拍之後短頓,最後一個音群1字一拍,而後長頓。無論字數、行數、音群數、拍數都非常整齊劃一。再如: 朝辭白帝彩雲間 千里江陵一日還 兩岸猿聲啼不住 輕舟已過万重山 這首李白的七言詩,每行7字,仍然是3個音群,但每行4拍:前兩個音群每2字一拍,每拍之後短頓,最後一個音群3字兩拍,而後長頓。如此整齊劃一的原因皆在於漢語的特色:一字一音節,以音節計時(syllable-timed)。 然而英語是拼音文字,每個字的音節數不同,又有長音和短音的分別,所以必須使用重音來計時(stress-timed)。譬如"老虎之歌": ~~~~ Tiger! |Tiger! |burning |bright ~~~~ In the |forest |of the |night, ~~~~ What im|mortal |hand or |eye ~~~~ Could frame thy |fearful |symme|try? 這節(stanza)詩中每行(line)有4個音步(foot, 以"|"隔開),每行前3個音步的重讀音節(arsis or ictus,其上有~符號處)分別跟隨一個輕讀音節(thesis),但第四行的第一個音步例外,其重讀音節后跟隨了2個輕讀音節。每行的最後一個音步雖為單獨音節,但仍佔1拍(beat),因此這首詩朗讀起來每行的時間長度完全相同,均為4拍,每個音步均一拍。再如"星星之歌":
