How to do laundry
As a common sense, it is necessary that we can fully master the method of washing clothes although the washing machine is very intelligent. A good way of doing laundry is not only makes the clothes clean and tidy, but also ensures the clothes are not easy to deformation.
The first step of doing laundry is to get the dirty clothes which you want to clean together so that we can divide them into different groups according to the depth of the color that the clothes are. If we do not deal with it in this manner, the various colors of clothes may be mutual stained.
The second step we recommend is that we can put each group into a bowl or a mashing washing machine respectively. Then the proper amount of washing powder can be added, which is based on the quantity of the clothes. Typically, the manual of laundry detergent always indicates the relationship between the number of clothes and the amount of washing powder.
The third step is that we need to wait for 30 minutes quietly to ensure the clothes are fully soaked. Obviously, during this period we can do other things waiting for us to deal with.
The fourth step is that we can start washing. Whether be washed by hand or washing machine are both advocated. Especially the collars and cuffs usually open the door for the dust so that they deserve our special attentions.
The final step is that all the clothes we have washed should be dried. At this time, all of the clothing can fully soak up the sun.
Simultaneously, we have lots of considerations when we do laundry. We should distinguish which clothes can be washed with water and which clothes can be dry cleaning. We should not soak the clothes for too long.
Since that the clean and tidy clothes representative our images, it is particularly significant to keep our dresses clean every day and everywhere.

Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this research is to know college students’ knowledge, attitude and behavior about AIDS in Jiangsu province, so we can evaluate the effect of AIDS intervention to provide evidence for AIDS public education more effectively in the future. Methods: We educated college students of six pilot universities by playing the videos and sending health education prescription as the main way of risk warning education. We selected students from each college randomly as evaluation object, the questionnaire mainly included students’ basic information, AIDS related knowledge and sexual health.Descriptive analysiswas conducted to analysis s tudents’ basic situation and the sexual health conditions,chi-square test was used to analysis the difference of the education on HIV/AIDS related knowledge, awareness and attitude. Results: After education, the awareness level of the basic knowledge of AIDS in all students increased from 69.05% to 82.15%(Χ2=147.335,P<0.001), but the level of awareness of the students varied from school to school, and there is a big space for improvement in each school; Introduction of the programme witnessed a dramatic change in the students’ attitudes towards AIDS. For instance, the answers of“students’attitudes towards the importance of teaching AIDS related education in schools,someone suspected of being infected with the AIDS/HIV virus will immediately do the antibody detection test or not and the willingness to use condom during the sexual encounter” ha ve proportionally increased in the positive direction. Conclusion: The evaluation results show that the pilot educational activities have made significant effect. Although promotion of AIDS education in the colleges has proven to be fruitful, beneficial and worthy enough but some part of the education still needs to be improved and strengthened.
