How can a teen be convinced to stop smoking--or persuaded never to take up the S1 at all?

Those questions became even more S2 last week when the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that tobacco use S3 teenagers increased by nearly one-third in the last S4. In 1994, 27.5% of teens used cigarettes, smokeless tobacco or cigars. In 2004, 36.4% S5.
